**Papyrus POV**
A few weeks have passed since Gaster's call with the emperor, and he’s finally taking a well-deserved break from the core. He’s arranged for us to visit the capital for tea with the emperor, just as they discussed earlier. However, Gaster has us dressed in some unflattering furisodes that I find rather unappealing; their colors resemble a nauseating mess. Honestly, we look absurd in them, and I doubt anyone will take us seriously in these outfits. Yes, we’re leaving the lab again, but my enthusiasm is lacking. We’ll be standing there while they discuss us as if we’re mere tools. This outing isn’t something I’m particularly eager for.
**Sans POV**
Another carriage, akin to the one we had just encountered, rolled up to Gaster and us. With an expression that brooked no argument, Gaster signaled for us to board. My brothers and I complied, climbing into the vehicle, closely followed by him. A nagging curiosity tugged at me—just how long would this journey take?
Time Leap
Three grueling days pass. THREE TORTUROUS DAYS!!! Trapped in close quarters with Gaster, with no escape in sight. Each time we halted for fuel, we were compelled to remain by his side. He refused to let us step outside the carriage, even for a breath of fresh air. If we didn’t reach the capital swiftly, I feared that Gaster’s days might soon be numbered. Let the consequences be what they may. Just an hour after that thought crossed my mind, we finally rolled into the Capitol.
(Well, looks like you're still hanging on, Gaster.)
**Mincho's POV**
We rolled in just before Sans lost his cool. The entire car ride was like a front-row seat to his one-man death threat show directed at Gaster. My brother Papyrus and I played the role of reluctant mediators, fearing that Sans might turn his threats into action before we could intervene. I heaved a sigh of relief as I hopped out of the carriage. I’ll confess, I was feeling a bit murderous too; Gaster has that hilariously punchable face that makes restraint a real struggle. We made our way to the emperor's palace, ready to face the inevitable.
Strolling along a long red carpet that screamed 'royalty,' we approached the grand red doors. They swung open as Gaster strutted right in. And there he was, the emperor himself, lounging like a king on his red and gold throne, probably plotting how to annoy us next.
Third-person POV.
Emperor Asgore lights up when he sees Gaster and his creations.
"Oh howdy, their friend, it's great to see you. Are you taking a break from your work?" the emperor says as he tilts his head to the side with a smile on his face.
"Worry not, my emperor, we are ahead of schedule. So I thought I would take a break and show you my progress with my creations behind me," Gaster says while bowing his head to Asgore.
"That is great! Follow me. We'll go to the Palace Gardens for our discussion and tea. I'd also like to discuss something about them as well," Asgore says as he gets up from his throne to walk side by side with Gaster to the garden.
Another time skip because I'm lazy.
After Gaster and the emperor sat and drank some tea...
"Gaster, your creations have proven themselves in war. I believe they are worthy to take over three major roles in the Empire," Asgore says calmly to Gaster.
"Sorry, what do you mean?" Gaster asks Asgore just as calmly as he puts his teacup down on the table.
"Gaster, I believe it's time for Gerson to retire, just like two others," Asgore says while sipping his tea without a care for the conversation.
"Gerson! Do you mean Judge Gerson will be retired?!"
"Yes, he has gotten too old, and I believe it's time for a new Judge. But not just the old Judge; the executioner and jury will also be following him into retirement. So I need strong young monsters to take their place in the Monster Empire, and your creations seem to be the best fit," Asgore said with an easygoing smile.
But that smile could not fool Gaster. He understood why the emperor wanted his creations to be the new judge, jury, and executioner. Gaster had given the emperor a way to control them with the remote. Asgore has been fighting with the old Judge and the other two monsters for a long time. Because of their morals, they never did what he told them to do with their powers. And he could never make them because each monster was so strong, thanks to the magical title given to them by the last emperor, his father.
He wanted to replace them right away for their disobedience, but there were no monsters strong enough to take their titles from them. The titles of Judge, Jewelry, and Executioner are magical titles that are given to three of the most powerful monsters. The only way for the titles to be given to another is if that monster is stronger than the previous title holder. Gaster knows his creations are stronger than any monster around, especially with his last experiment giving them a boost of power. So, they should be able to take over those three positions with ease.

The author here, sorry for not posting yesterday. I had work and did not remember to post the next chapter. So I posted these two today and will continue to update every day. Unless I get writer's block and have to put the book down for a bit. But I tell you if that happens so bye.
Have a good day or night till next time.
