A/N I've just updated this part by adding the translations for the Spanish parts in italics! Sorry for not adding them before!!

Tim

Finally, the door opens, and out come Lucy, Nyla and Angela.

'What was that about? You're meant to be resting Lucy.'

'Relax Tim, I'm going now. I just needed to get something over with.'

Nyla lets me push the wheelchair and we make our way back downstairs.

'Why would you two bring her?' I whisper

'Hey, we tried to talk her out of it. She insisted.' Angela whispers back.

'Plus, we're armed and didn't leave her alone for a minute.' Nyla adds.

I sigh as the lift goes down. Lucy needs to relax, there's no way she's going to recover if she doesn't take it easy.

'Was she right about the case?'

'Yeah, she has more than enough evidence too. She's really good at this Tim.'

I know she's good. I've never doubted her, but that's why she needs the rest. She won't be good if she keeps stressing herself out over this.

Lucy

I guess I have to stick to my word. No more work. Just resting. Why did I say that.

Now I've got nothing to do but lay in bed for a week. Ugh

'You good Luce?' Tim asks as he opens the door to my room. I must've zoned out because I hadn't even realised we were here.

'Yeah' I'm such a bad liar, he knows there's something on my mind.

'You two should relax a bit, I'm headed back to the station to hand the solved case in. Call us if you need anything!' Angela tells me as the two of them walk off.

'So, are you hungry, or was that also just so you could speak to David?'

'Famished!' I reach over for the bag as he just smiles.

'So.. what happened upstairs?'

'He denied being guilty a few times, honestly nothing useful.' I lie. If I tell him about the sexy comments David made, who knows what Tim will do.

'You sure that's all?' He knows I'm not telling him everything.

'Yeah. Basically useless.'

'Alright. Just please, stay away from him.'

'I will be the detective to take him in though. I need to be the one.'

'I'll be walking right behind you.'

'Sure. Thanks Tim.'

Tim

I honestly can't think of a worse idea. She should stay as far away from David as possible, but since they're in the same hospital, it's going to be harder than it sounds.

'How long is David meant to be here?' She asks as she opens up the box of fries.

'I'm actually not sure. I can go check at the front desk.'

'Alright. Thanks Tim.'

I walk out of the room and shut the door behind myself. The corridors are empty and quiet. After the chaos of the last few days, it's nice. I take the stairs down to the front desk and ask about David.

'Sorry Sir, but I can't disclose that information.' The receptionist tells me before I show her my badge.

'Alright, he should be here for a week, just so we can keep an eye on him.'
