Minji sat in front of her vanity mirror, brushing her long black hair absentmindedly. She let out a sigh, feeling completely bored and uninspired. Being the daughter of a successful businessman, she was used to attending fancy parties and events. But lately, it all seemed too mundane and repetitive for her taste.

Today was no different. Her father's friend was hosting a pre-wedding party for his daughter, and Minji was expected to attend. She let out another sigh, wondering why she had to go to these events when she had no interest in them. But being the dutiful daughter, she couldn't say no to her father's request.

As she sat there, lost in her thoughts, an idea suddenly popped into her mind. She grabbed her phone and dialed Yeosang's number. Yeosang was always up for some excitement and mischief, and Minji knew he would understand her boredom.

"Hey, Yeosang, what are you up to?" Minji asked, a hint of excitement in her voice.

"Hey, Minji, I was just about to visit my grandparents. Why, what's up?" Yeosang replied, curious about Minji's sudden call.

Minji explained her situation to Yeosang, telling him how she was not in the mood to attend the pre-wedding party. Yeosang chuckled, knowing Minji's distaste for such events.

"I wish I could come with you, but my grandparents have been pestering me to visit them. Why don't you take Mingi along? I'm sure he could use some fun too," Yeosang suggested.

Minji's face lit up at the idea. She quickly thanked Yeosang and hung up, eager to call Mingi.

"Mingi, where are you? I need you to come with me to this boring party," Minji pleaded with Mingi, who was equally uninterested in attending.

"I don't know, Minji. My parents want me to stay home tonight," Mingi hesitated, not wanting to disappoint his parents.

But Minji was not ready to give up. She knew she needed to persuade Mingi a little more. So she resorted to her ultimate weapon – constant bribes and begging.

"Please, Mingi, I promise I'll make it worth your while. We'll have so much fun, and I'll even treat you to your favorite sushi," Minji pleaded, knowing Mingi's love for sushi.

After a few minutes of back and forth, Mingi finally gave in, unable to resist Minji's relentless persuasion. With a big smile on her face, Minji thanked Mingi and hung up, feeling triumphant.

That evening, Minji and Mingi arrived at the pre-wedding party, their matching mischievous grins causing a few raised eyebrows. They made their way to the open bar, grabbing a few drinks before hitting the dance floor and causing some chaos.

As the night went on, Minji and Mingi became the life of the party, their energy contagious. They chatted, danced, and laughed, having the time of their lives. Minji was grateful for her friends who always managed to make even the most mundane events exciting and fun.

" How did the Kim Minji lose her interest in such events?"
Mingi asked as he sipped his drink.

" Well, before I met you, Yeosang and Wooyoung, I used to hang out with San who seemed to lower the boredom but now he's married and you know that I just don't feel the vibe around him anymore, you know what I mean?"
Minji replies.

" Yeah. I get you. Events like this all the time seems frustrating. If Wooyoung was here, he'd be the life of the party for sure."
Mingi smiled.

" Aww, now I miss him even more. Thanks."
Minji replied as she smacked Mingi's arm playfully.

" Nah, that little shit is always upto no good. He'd pull some cool pranks without a second thought."
Mingi smiled.

Soon the party ended as Mingi and Minji made their way out, smiling and talking.
