Wooyoung and Yunho sat side by side in the quiet library, their textbooks and notes spread out in front of them.

They were both deep in concentration, studying for their upcoming midterm exams.

As Wooyoung diligently took notes, Yunho suddenly broke the silence, “Hey Wooyoung, what are your plans for the next few months?”

Wooyoung looked up from his textbook and turned to face Yunho. He smiled and replied, “Well, my plan is to study hard for these midterms and then prepare for the final exams. I really want to do well in all my subjects.”

Yunho nodded in understanding, “That’s a good plan. But what about the two months holidays? Will you be going back home?”

Wooyoung’s smile faded a bit as he thought about his answer. “No, I don’t think I’ll be going home. I want to use that time to study and revise for the final exams. Plus, I wanna be all happy and satisfied when I attend the Christmas and Halloween parties.”

Yunho raised an eyebrow in surprise, “You’re not going home at all? But don’t you miss your family and friends?”

Wooyoung chuckled, “Of course I do, but I know they understand how important these exams are for me. Besides, I plan to visit them after the session ends when I'll be going home permanently.”

Yunho nodded, “I see your point. I’m sure your hard work will pay off and you’ll do well in your exams.”

Wooyoung smiled gratefully, “Thank you, Yunho. I really appreciate your support.”

The two friends went back to studying, but Yunho couldn’t help but be curious about Wooyoung’s determination and dedication to his studies. He couldn’t imagine giving up a chance to go home and spend time with his family and friends, but he admired Wooyoung’s drive and motivation.

As the hours passed, Wooyoung and Yunho continued to study, occasionally taking short breaks to stretch and grab a snack. But Wooyoung was determined to make the most of their time in the library and get as much studying done as possible.

Finally, the library was about to close and the friends gathered their belongings. Yunho turned to Wooyoung and said, “You know, I have no doubt that you’ll do well in your exams. You’re so focused and dedicated to your studies.”

Wooyoung smiled, “Thank you, Yunho. I’m really grateful for your support and encouragement.”

As they stepped out of the library, Yunho turned to his best friend Wooyoung and asked a question that had been on his mind for a while now.

"Hey Wooyoung, why didn't you ever tell me that you're the son of one of the richest businessmen in Korea?" he asked, raising an eyebrow in surprise.

Wooyoung let out a small chuckle and shrugged his shoulders. "Well, technically I'm the stepson, not the biological son. And to be honest, I didn't think it was necessary to flaunt our wealth. I just wanted to live a normal life, you know?"

Yunho nodded in understanding. He had always known Wooyoung to be humble and down-to-earth, despite his family's wealth. But he couldn't help but feel a bit surprised and impressed at the same time.

"I guess that explains why you never have to worry about money," Yunho joked, trying to lighten the mood.

Wooyoung rolled his eyes playfully. "Well, it has its perks, I won't deny that. But money can't buy everything, especially happiness."

Yunho smiled at his friend's words, knowing that Wooyoung truly believed in them. He couldn't help but feel lucky to have a friend like Wooyoung, who was not only kind and caring, but also grounded and humble.
