Mr. Choi had outdone himself this time, organizing a dinner to impress Mr. Kawasaki personally. The Choi residence buzzed with activity as the new Japanese guests began to arrive. Wooyoung's mother was in full command, ordering everyone around to ensure everything was perfect.

"Make sure the flowers are fresh," she directed a staff member. "And the silverware—polish it until it gleams."

Wooyoung and Minji had just returned from visiting San at the hospital. They entered the beautifully decorated house, feeling a bittersweet contrast between the lively atmosphere at home and the somberness of San's condition.

"Wow, they really pulled out all the stops," Wooyoung remarked, looking around.

Minji nodded. "Yeah, it looks amazing. I just wish San could be here to see it."

They sat down in the living room to relax for a bit, still discussing San's condition and hoping for a miracle.

"He's got to wake up soon," Wooyoung said, determination in his voice. "I know he will."

Just then, Minji's phone rang. It was Mingi.

"Hey, Minji! Want to join me for some arcade games? I need to beat my high score," Mingi said, his voice full of enthusiasm.

Minji chuckled. "I'd love to, Mingi, but we have guests coming over tonight. Maybe next time."

"Oh, who are the guests?" Mingi asked, curiosity evident in his voice.

"It's Risa's family," Minji replied.

Mingi burst into laughter. "Oh, I remember last week’s party! Risa and Yunho nearly killed each other with their insults. That was something!"

Minji laughed along. "Yeah, that was quite the show. Hopefully, we won't witness that again."

"Good luck with that," Mingi said teasingly. "Anyway, have fun. We'll catch up soon."

"Thanks, Mingi. Talk to you later," Minji said, ending the call.

Wooyoung looked at Minji with a grin. "I still can’t believe how intense those two got. Hopefully, tonight will be more peaceful since both of them won't be breathing the same air in the same room."

Minji sighed playfully. "Let’s just hope Yunho doesn’t try to start another World War III with his comments if they ever met again."

As they prepared for the evening, they couldn't help but smile at the memory of the playful banter and the hope that tonight would go smoothly, without any verbal fireworks. The excitement in the house was palpable, and despite everything, they tried to focus on the positive, looking forward to the dinner and the company of their guests.

Wooyoung and Minji stood up as they saw Risa's family arrive in complete luxury. A sleek black limousine pulled up to the driveway, and the doors opened to reveal Mr. Kawasaki and his entourage. Risa, dressed in an elegant dress, hopped out of the car and immediately spotted Minji.

"Minji!" Risa squealed, running over to hug her tightly. Both girls giggled, admiring each other's outfits.

"You look amazing!" Minji exclaimed.

"You too!" Risa replied, twirling in her dress.

Wooyoung smiled warmly and politely bowed to Risa. In response, Risa playfully did a curtsey, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

"Good evening, Risa," Wooyoung said, chuckling.

"Good evening, Sir Wooyoung," Risa replied, her voice mockingly formal.

They started chatting as the adults, Mr. Choi and Mr. Kawasaki, along with their wives, met each other and exchanged pleasantries.

"Welcome to our home, Mr. Kawasaki," Mr. Choi said, shaking his hand firmly. "It's an honor to have you here."
