Time passed, and San gradually resumed his place in the world. His days were now filled with business meetings and strategy sessions, working alongside his father, Mr. Choi, at the company. The Choi family business thrived under San's renewed dedication and leadership, and his presence brought a fresh, dynamic energy to the office.

Meanwhile, Wooyoung embraced his role as a stay-at-home husband, managing the household and caring for their lively daughter, Jiwoo. Their home was filled with laughter and warmth, a testament to the love that bound their family together.

One evening, San returned home after a particularly long day at work. He walked through the door, his eyes lighting up as he saw Wooyoung in the kitchen, preparing dinner while Jiwoo played nearby.

"Smells amazing in here," San said, his voice teasingly light as he walked over to Wooyoung.

Wooyoung looked up, a smile spreading across his face. "Welcome home, Mr. CEO. How was your day?"

"Long," San replied, slipping his arms around Wooyoung's waist from behind. "But coming home to you and Jiwoo makes it all worth it."

Wooyoung chuckled, leaning into San's embrace. "Flatterer. You just want extra dessert, don't you?"

San grinned, nuzzling Wooyoung's neck. "Maybe. But I also missed you. And I missed this," he added, his hands gently squeezing Wooyoung's sides.

Jiwoo, noticing her parents, toddled over and tugged at San's pant leg. "Dadda...."

San scooped Jiwoo up, twirling her around as she giggled. "There's my little princess! Did you have fun with Mommy today?"

Jiwoo giggled and held San's shirt.

San set Jiwoo down and turned back to Wooyoung, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "You know, Woo, I think you have the better deal here. Playing tea party and making cookies all day? Sounds like a dream job."

Wooyoung rolled his eyes playfully. "Oh, sure. Because dealing with a two-year-old's tantrums is so much easier than running a company."

"Hey, I handle tantrums at work too," San quipped, winking. "They're just from grown men in suits."

Wooyoung laughed, shaking his head. "Touché. But seriously, you're doing an amazing job, San. Your father is so proud of you. And so am I."

San's expression softened, and he pulled Wooyoung close, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead. "Thank you, Woo. I couldn't do any of this without you."

Jiwoo tugged at San's sleeve again, demanding attention. "Daddaaaa~", which clearly meant that she was asking something in her unknown baby language.

San smiled and glanced at Wooyoung. "You heard the boss. Duty calls."

Wooyoung watched as San and Jiwoo headed to the living room, his heart full of love and gratitude. He joined them, settling in for a cozy evening filled with laughter and playful teasing.

Later, as they sat together on the couch, Jiwoo asleep in San's arms, Wooyoung snuggled closer, resting his head on San's shoulder. "Life passed so much and all those moments without you, they stung so much that seeing all this feels unreal. It is as if I forgot what warmth and love felt like ," he murmured.

San kissed the top of Wooyoung's head, his heart swelling with affection. "You won't ever forget what love feels like now that I'm here. I'll love you till my breath lasts, till my heart beats and till I do not return to the soil from which new life is created. I am here with you and you are not alone. I am sorry for the time I was absent. Let me spend the rest of my life making it up to you and my Jiwoo."
