"Class, next month will be the beginning of your on the job training."
Nagsigawan ang mga kaklase ko dahil finally after 3 years ay OJT na namin. Halos lahat kami sa classroom ay nagpalakpakan sa excitement.
Excited now, iyak later.
"Quiet! Tandaan niyo dapat ay macomplete niyo ang 400 hours requirement in order to pass this sem." Paalala samin ni Ma'am Cruz, ang in-charge sa OJT namin. Siya ang mag-aassign kung saan hospital kami dahil last week lang ay nakapag-submit na kami ng mga applications na pwede na ioverview ng mga HR sa bawat hospital.
"Pero I know most of you ay sa mga hospitals around Manila mapupunta kaya I expect to show proper decorum and please apply what you have learned from this class. Representatives kayo ng Colegio Santo Rosario State University, and please be a good role model."
"Yes ma'am" Sabay-sabay namin sabi kay Ma'am Cruz.
Finally, 2nd sem na and I know na magiging super busy kami ngayon. Pero ang tagal ko hinintay to kasi maeexpose kami talaga sa laboratory setting.
And I'm dying of excitement just imagining the smell of the lab, seeing the microscopes, test tubes, and the specimens.
Ma'am Cruz is now preparing her presentation para maipakita yung list of hospitals na nakipag-collaborate sa CRSU at kung saang hospitals kami naka-assign. Usually, sabi ng mga seniors samin ay nagrorounds daw yung hospitals kung saan kami naka-assign para daw sa ganoon ay maexperience namin ang iba't ibang working environment.
Sana lang ay mapunta ako sa maayos na working environment at workmates.
"Here is a list of hospitals, followed by the names of the members assigned to work there. Please take a picture of the list of your members so that you know who will be working with you." Ma'am Cruz instructed us.
