                BORN WITH A UNSETTLING SPIRIT of righteousness and gifted with extraordinary insight, Aurora has spent her life fighting for what she believes is right. As a child, if a kid lost a toy, she would share her own, and if she saw someone crying, her heart would cry, too.

But the bond between them fell apart like a house of cards thrown to the wind when their parents divorced. In her innocence, Rory thought that peace would finally reign in their home, but she was wrong. Neil, her father, after kicking her mother out of the house — which damaged the hearts of those children,— had redirected his domineering anger at his son, turning him into a boy who relied on violence to be heard. Gone was the sweet, loving Billy that she missed so much.

With her brother spending more time with the dubious friends that Rory despised, she had more time to herself, alone, and finally to give in to her deepest desires and passions — to restore the justice that seemed to have vanished from the face of the earth when she discovered the secrets that no one wanted to uncover.

And as expected, her rebelliousness got her into a lot of trouble for sticking her nose where it didn't belong. Specially because Rory wasn't always perfect in her missions and ended up making mistakes.

And one of those mistakes was assuming that Hawkins — the town they moved to after the twins lost their beloved scholarship — would be quiet and boring.

Indeed, it was nothing like Rory had predicted. In the blink of an eye, the dark secrets that hung over the town conquered her curious instincts, and before she knew it, she was immersed in the curse that awakened slumbering memories and secrets from the past of her own family that would turn her own life upside down.

As if that weren't enough, an no-longer-that-popular and annoying boy crossed her path. Rory, who thought that his presence would make her life a living hell, to the surprise of her own instincts, realized in the moment she saw her end before her eyes, he reached out to help her.

And to make her feel that Hawkins is her new home.

               BORN SURROUNDED BY LUXURY, Steve grew in a majestic mansion with an immaculate garden and a huge swimming pool, along with nice cars and brand-name clothes. But he never had the luxury of playing soccer with his father as a child, or receiving a warm hug from his mother before bedtime.

Harrington's parents, successful businessmen, were perpetually engrossed in their careers, leaving their only child to navigate life on his own. In response, Steve crafted his own fairy tale outside the confines of his home. His natural talents flourished: he became a stellar basketball player, excelled as the top swimmer at Hawkins High, and played the piano with remarkable skill.

However, his junior year in 1983 brought calamity. Hawkins was shrouded in darkness with suicides, missing children, a girl with extraordinary abilities, and battles against monsters from other dimensions. Amidst the chaos, Steve found solace in his relationship with Nancy, who saw him for who he truly was. Yet, his world crumbled as he wished for a different reality.

The following year saw further upheaval. Despite his efforts to maintain his popularity, a new student from California eclipsed him. To make matters worse, this new rival had a twin sister who proved to be an even more formidable challenge — her presence was magnetic, unsettling, and made Steve question his own behavior. She was the embodiment of a hurricane.

As if that weren't enough, Steve was haunted by past demons. His loyalty and strength would be tested once again. He would have to fight with his friends and enemies to protect the place he calls home. And it seemed that the enigmatic new girl was deeply entangled in this tragedy as well — more than everyone expected.
