A odd mall trip

We all walked to the newly built mall, exited too see what it would be like. I walked in between Soul and Maka, listening to them talk to their other friends.

Kid looked unsure about this, party was super exited as always, Liz was pretty calm, Black*star seemed bored, Tsubaki was exited about it, soul and Maka were neutral, and I was half bored and half exited.

We walked into the mall and stared at it in awe. it was huge. A pretty classy place with several stores and places to stop and eat. it also was a few stories high. And my personal fav...the escalators.

We ran off in small groups to explore. I ended up being dragged by an exited Maka and followed by Liz. we stopped at a chocolate shop and had a silent debate wether or not to go in. finally Liz, Maka, and I entered. we took a deep breath. it smelled amazing~

Liz, Maka, and I spent about 20 minutes staring at the chocolate before buying some. We each had a small bag of our favorite chocolates in our hand when we walked out. " where next? " Liz looked to us . " oooo, there!" Maka pointed to a cool jewelry shop.

Liz and I nodded in agreement and took off towards the store. I knew I couldn't get anything but it was fun to look. I loved the delicate metal designs over the stunningly beautiful stones and how they shone in the light.

After a while we left to find a clothing store. it didn't take long. Liz practically dragged me over to the dresses. I shook my head no but they gave me a evil glare, grabbed a dress, then dragged me to a dressing room. they pushed me inside with the dress.

I sighed ' lets get this over with ' . I threw on the dress without really looking. I took a chance and glanced at the mirror. My eyes couldn't process my image for a moment, this was probably the first time wearing a dress. it was a (f/c) strapless dress that hugged my form but didn't suffocate me. the bottom of it was silk like and stopped just below my knees, it felt lighter then my skirts. I put a hand over the small leaf design down at my waist, it seemed to wrap around me like a belt. I was most taken aback.

I opened the door quietly and saw the two waiting in excitement. they giggled when they saw me, obviously exited. " I thought Patty was supposed to be the exited one. " I smiled.

" It looks great on you (y/n)! " Maka exclaimed. I nodded and slowly backed into the dressing room again, closing the door. I slipped the dress off and put my normal clothes back on. when I stepped out Liz took the dress from me and payed for it at the counter.

" Why did you do that? " I poked Liz. " no reason, here " she handed me the bag. I took it carefully, as if handling a nuclear bomb. " come on " We ran to the next store excitedly, I was a bit confused still.

We all met up at a café to have snack then leave. I sat with Soul and Maka, Liz with Patty, Kid with Black*star and Tsubaki. we talked across the tables excitedly and decided to meet here again sometime. we were going to leave after this.

I sipped my tea and tapped my fingers against the glass table " h-hey (y/n). can you do something for me? " Soul stammered, a slight blush riding to his cheeks. " yeah, what is it " I tilted my head slightly. " meet me tonight at 7 at the academy's forest. your best attire preferred " he looked away. " is that a date? " I raised an eyebrow. " U-uh...sure" he replied flustered.

" I'll be there... "
