You had just arrived at work just to be nearly deafened by a loud howl. Seriously, why didn't anyone nearby complain?!

Well, you guess it was because of the café's location...

The thing is, the café wasn't exactly in the city. It was on a plot of private land that Ciel had bought or had been given. It was weird, but the only conclusion you could think of was "Rich people shit."

Bard rushed out from the kitchen, "Where's Sebastian?!" He exclaimed, his hair messy.

"Uh..." you furrowed your brows, "I just got here."

Bardroy huffed and rushed up to you, grabbing your wrist, "It's fine, just come help us!"

You stumbled after him as he practically dragged you towards the kitchen, where Finny was blocking the door, "Wait, Sebastian told us not to show them!"

"We need all the help we can get!" Bard said, "(Name), can ya handle dogs?"

"Yeah, but that doesn't sound like a dog!" You exclaimed as another howl boomed from outside. Suddenly, a large white snout was poking through the door. You yelled and stumbled back, "What the hell is that?!"

"The dog." Bard said.

Finny pushed on the snout, "I told you, Pluto, Sebastian doesn't want you inside!"

You stood there, frozen in shock, when suddenly there was a gloved hand on your shoulder, "Can the three of you understand simple instructions?" Said the one and only in a cold tone. You felt yourself automatically tense up as Sebastian sighed and began removing his gloves, "Get Mx. (Name) out of here while I handle your mess. Where's Mei-rin?"

"She's outside! We think she's on Pluto's back." Finny said, looking worried.

Sebastian's eye twitched, "I swear..." he whispered to himself before storming outside.

You snapped out of our trance and went to look outside, only to have Bard cover your eyes, "Nope, I'm not having Sebastian get even more pissy."

You swatted at his hands, "Bard, what the hell is out there?!"

"A dog! Just get out of the damn kitchen!" Bard said as he lifted you up. He set you down in the dining area with a huff. "You always this pushy?"

"I'm not pushy, I'm worried!" You say, as if it should've been obvious.

Bard leaned against a table and wiped his brow, "About what? Sebastian?"

"Duh!" You exclaimed, "He's outside dealing with whatever the fuck that is! What if he gets hurt or, I dunno, dies?!"

Bard sighed, taking out a cigarette and lighting it, "Look, if there's one thing I know about Sebastian, it's that he's basically superhuman." He looked down at you before giving you a gentle smile and ruffling your hair, "He's gonna be fine, (Name)."

You stared up at him before hugging yourself and nodding, "Okay..." You mumbled almost reluctantly. You were still worried, but when you thought about it, Sebastian was oddly good at his job. Bard was right, he was pretty much superhuman.

Only a minute later, Sebastian emerged from the kitchen, brushing off his sleeves. You looked up, your eyes widening. He didn't have even a scratch on him! You rushed up to him, not meaning to seem to eager, "Sebastian! You're... fine?" You looked him over, "I mean, it's good your fine, but like..."

Sebastian smiled, but it was clear he still held the slight annoyance from before, "If I couldn't handle a simple mutt, what kind of butler would I be?"

You stared up at him for a moment before nodding, "Right uh..."

"Were you worried about me, (Name)?" Sebstian said before you could pry further. He was teasing you now, a grin on his face.
