There's a quiet thunderstorm inside my head right now. Everything just feels so screwed up right now. I don't want to do anything. I don't want to remember anything.

We've been driving for awhile and I can admit that it's becoming a struggle to keep my eyes from closing. I would've went to sleep if the idiot boy didn't tell me that I should of or of advise or whatever he said. Now it's almost a challenge as he is still awake himself.

Pope is driving and that lady is in the back with the man at the front. The broken nose guy is fast asleep. His darkened eyes and swollen nose looks painful to even look at.

Miles has either fallen unconscious or is asleep as his eyes haven't opened for a while and Evelyn has been asleep the entire time. Daniel is completely in his own world and I'm left trapped in my own mind.

The hard pour of the rain pounds against the truck and the flashes of lightening every so often keeps me from accidentally drifting off. "Pope come in" the crackle of the walkie talkie makes me jump.

The lady fiddles about until she's holding the radio in her hands. "We're here Sir" she lets go of the button and I can see the uncertainty in her eyes.

"How far out?" I clench my teeth at the sound of my fathers relaxed voice. The women peers over to Pope who holds up his hand. She nods before responding

"We're about five minute out, make way for vehicle" I have no idea what that's supposed to mean but I know that being five minutes away isn't what I desire right now.

"Heard, five minutes out make way for vehicle" he repeats and then the radio goes silent. I shrug my shoulder in order to awaken Evelyn. She fidgets until she sits up and looks at me. I don't say anything but she gets the gist as she looks at my worried face.

I want to wake up Miles but I'm not close enough to nudge him. I look at Daniel but he's looking straight past me. I look at the green eyed boy and he is looking at me curiously.

His eyes look from me to Miles and he actually understands as I watch him nudge his foot against Miles. He does it twice until Miles groans out loud as his eyes flutter open.

I give him a subtle nod which Miles does not return which reminds me that he's angry. My heart pulls as a flash of gunner enters my mind. He should be here still alive. He would know what to do.

I hear the scraping of metal and that's when I try to look what's going on. It's hard to see with the rainfall but I can make out some sort of camp. As we go past the gates that quickly close behind us it becomes much clearer.

The truck comes to a stop and Pope switches the engine off. "All of them out now! Move it!" He calls and it's like electricity jolted my body as the doors start to open and we all get dragged out the car.

I watch as we all stumble through the slippery mud. Miles drops to his knees and his face scrunches in pain but they don't give him a chance before they drag him up and and start to push us in a certain direction.

I see people look at us with hungry faces and smirks as they watch us helplessly be tossed about until we stand outside a tent. The whole camp is like a mini village.

Tents that are the size of huts are built, a gate surrounding the place and people wandering around everywhere. How does someone pull of this place in a couple weeks and during a zombie invested world?!

I wouldn't be surprised if he had this place before. I have no idea what he's been doing this past year and I never wanted to find out. I can imagine he hasn't let go of the fact I ran from him.
