Third Person POV

The creepy twins and Zeli were receiving treatment from the fight yesterday. They were sore and badly bruised. Ash was just as bad, but refused to acknowledge his injuries.

"Sorry." Neal spoke while holding the bowl for Hailey.

"You fight well." Haze smirked. "If I knew better, I'd say you had the same teacher as me." He awkwardly laughed at her joke. "Say... who taught you to fight?"

"Oh, my parents and nanny." He shrugged.

"Nanny?" Amara spoke. "So you come from a prominent family." She arched a brow.

"Uh, depends what you mean by prominent." He quickly out the bowl down. "I'm gonna go help clean the dishes." He ran off.

The twins shared a knowing look, but stayed silent. Hailey picked up the bowl and continued treating them. She did look off in the direction Neal ran away in. She subtly influenced his emotions to be calmer.

"We're running low on this oil." Hailey sighed.

"That's fine. We can just go and pick up more." Cal grinned.

"Not really." Paro spoke up.

"Huh, why not?" Zeli groaned out.

"This oil is a blend. It needs to be made, so it'll probably take some time." She muttered.

"Huh, seems we have to put the order request in." Ajax rubbed his chin. "And I know there's a backlog on orders for healing oils and-"

"I can make it!" Paro jumped in front of him.

"You know how to make oils?" Cal scratched his head.

"Ya, Moe- my mom..." Paro's eyes widened. "Uh... I learned."

"From your mother." Zeli painfully rolled onto her side.

"Yah." Paro whispered.

"Well, maybe you can go to the store to pick up different plants to blend together." Hailey proposed and aided Zeli as best as she could.

"Okay, if you wouldn't mind running to a few stores." Ajax dug into his pockets to provide some money. "It'll be a big help if-"

"Jax." Ash stoically entered and deeply sighed at Zeli's fragile state. "She's not allowed to leave unaccompanied. She shouldn't even be allowed to wander without any chains."

"True." Ajax breathed out.

"We can go together!" Paro shocked Ajax when she wrapped her hands around his arm.

"Umm..."

"Have fun, Jax." Hailey snickered as he was dragged out the room.

"She's very touchy with him." Zeli commented.

"Wonder how it'll go down with Lily." Ash smirked.

"Oh no, that'll be terrible!" Cal held his head.

"Hmm... maybe not." Hailey muttered. She then smirked along with the twins.

"How obvious she makes it." Haze muttered and lied back down. "Surprised not many have figured it out yet."

Ajax and Paro passed many staff members that were curious about the close proximity. Many didn't know of Lily or his child, so they had never witnessed anyone being affectionate with the General. Ajax kept a stoic face as they passed the nosey staffers.

Once they got downtown, Paro spoke about anything that caught her eye. Ajax planned to take Paro to the nearest shops, so he was thrown off guard when she turned down different side streets.
