Several strong energies were scattered about and on the move, one however was stationary. Seemed like a good one to check. Gojo was giving them all kinds of trouble even from within the prison realm after all. She made her way to that one, down to floor B3 of the Shibuya station. She could feel the cursed energy very close, but did not yet see the source. She was practically on top of it, then suddenly, the source crawled out from a crevice in the wall. Haku face-planted right into the human curse hybrid Choso.

Haku started falling backwards from the impact. An arm quickly snaked around her waist and Haku almost panicked, fearing an attack and getting caught, though maybe that would lead her to Gojo. Instead Choso steadied her on her feet. "You're the Wellspring girl? Itadori Yuji's friend." He released his grip on her.

Haku looked at him hesitantly. "Yeah. You almost killed him, you know! I think of him as a brother!" She really did. Yuji had always been so kind and loved introducing her to foods and activities of the modern world which she had never experienced. Some of it reminded her of what little memory she had of her real brother Minato. He had always been kind to her. They did not see eachother often, but he always seemed to make an effort to at least pop by and bring her candy or a flower he saw while outside, a place Haku had rarely been. He even gave her a beautiful kimono for her 16th birthday.

She saw the sad look in Choso's eyes and felt his cursed energy waiver. There was no sign of a planned attack. She prodded around a little more and noted how there were similarities to his energy and Yuji's. Not the same similarities as Sukuna and Yuji though. She lowered her guard. "Sorry, that was harsh. Thanks for catching me by the way." Choso gave her a small nod, still looking glum, head low. "So um.. Choso right?" The man nodded and Haku continued. "What is going on with you exactly? You were with that fake Geto before and now...something seems different."

Choso lifted his head. "When I almost ki-... when I almost killed Yuji, I felt it. The same sense of attachment to my other brothers. Yuji is...He's my brother. My little brother."

Haku stood eyes wide. Seriously? Was he insane? She thought for a second. His energy and essence were similar to Yuji's. " I see. So ultimately you were only helping them to get revenge on Yuji and Nobara, but after finding everything out, you had a change of heart. Helping them in the first place was probably because they were the ones who took you from Jujutsu tech and out of those jars." She knew that did not change the fact Choso had been involved in the slaughter that happened on B5 and the sealing of Gojo, but she could understand the pain of being locked up and sealed away. Her eyes grew soft. "Yeah, that's something I can understand. If they had somehow found me before Satoru..." She trailed off. That was a scenario she wanted to avoid thinking about.

The ground began to violently shake and Haku felt Mahito's cursed energy was much more powerful than before. She searched out and could feel both Yuji and Todo's were weakening and the two were pushing through their limits. Choso placed a hand on her shoulder. "I'll go with you. I want to protect my little brother."

Haku looked up at him to see determination in his eyes. There was no sign of deception. "Alright. Let's go, Choso." The two hurried towards the surface and towards the battle.

As they traveled, Haku was relieved to feel Mahito's energy depleting to nothing, life force fading. Then she felt something else. The familiar cursed energy of Geto that was now controlled by Kenjaku absorbing Mahito. Choso felt it too, and the man seemed to blanche at the feeling, his heart pounding hard, face distorted in near rage. The two moved even faster.

The battle ground came into sight and Haku was horrified to see the condensed energy of Mahito gathering into an uzumaki, the same technique ghetto had used all those years ago to try and kill Okottsu Yuta. Miwa and Yuji were right in range of the attack. Haku knew she would not make it. No. No more.
