Lucifer's pov

"And cut!"

I let out a sigh as I put my nightgown on. That session was brutal. I'm glad to at least be over with-

"Wonderful job baby" vox pushed me onto my bed, towering over me "I had trouble keeping it in my pants. Luckily I won't have to worry about that anymore" his hand slid down my leg.

"Should we really do this here?" I bit my lip.

"Relax baby. You know how I love the thrill of being caught" he growled as he adjusted my hips.

"Can we make this quick? I need to get home" I averted my gaze.

"Don't be a bitch" he growled "I've been pent up all day. So be a good boy and take it" he thrusted into me. I squeezed my eyes shut, willing it to be over when-

"Ah!" I heard a gasp behind me. I looked around to see halos shocked face. He teared up and ran off.

"Halo wait!" I pushed him off me and ran after him.

"Lucifer get the fuck back here" he yelled after me but I ignored him. I have to check on the kid.

"Halo!" he stopped in his tracks, teary eyed and scared.

"Was that man hurting you?" He asked.

I sighed. I probably shouldn't lie to him "yes but it's nothing you have to worry about ok"

He rushed into my arms "I'm sorry. I didn't realise they were bad people"

"Hey it's alright kiddo" I lifted him up "what are you doing here?"

He clung to my shirt uncomfortably "it's ok. I'm not angry. I just want to know"

"I did a bad thing" he hiccuped.

I smiled gently "tell me everything"

Charlie's pov

"Dad's late" I looked down at my watch anxiously. What are they putting him through. It's taking all of my being not to rush in and save him.

The door swung open and dad appeared, breathless and holding halo tightly.

"We have a problem" he gently placed halo down "the vee's have been using halo to spy on us"

"What!" I stood up suddenly, knocking the chair over in the process.

"I sorry. I didn't know they were bad guys. I just wanted to get you back for hurting daddy" he burst into tears.

"It's ok sweetie. It's not your fault" vaggie rocked him in her arms.

"Using a grieving child. Can those bastards sink any lower" alastor growled. It was rare to see the bartender so angry.

Mom who'd been silent this whole time walked up and petted halo's head "you were very brave telling us this. Don't worry, auntie Lilith is going to handle this"

"What exactly do you plan to do?" I raised an eyebrow.

"That's a secret" she placed a finger to his lips before disappearing.

"Still as cryptic as ever" I shook my head. I guess I should just leave her to it.

Velvets pov

I tapped my fingers on my desk in boredom. Nothing fun has happened lately and I still have to wait for our big plan. I want to rub it in that bitch Lilith face but the boys insist that I wait for the perfect moment. What a fucking drag.

"Hello velvet dear" I fell out of my seat as Lilith appeared before me.

"You ever heard of a house call bitch!" I scrambled to my feet "like honestly you can't be that ancient that you never-"

"I know about the cameras" I froze at her words "you know I really dislike these dishonest tactics velvet. I'd say it's beneath you but I think we both know that's not true"

"Fuck you" I growled "you think you're better than me!"

"Oh I know I'm better than you but that's besides the point" she approached me "you can shout your petty insults at me all you want but the people at the hotel are off limits. You're not to place your grubby hands on it again"

A smirk played on my lips "Make me-"

I was cut off by her hand slamming down on my desk, breaking it.

"That can easily be arranged" her demon form came out "it wouldn't even take long. You'd be merely a bug under my shoe"

"Very impressive velvet. You have the makings of a great business woman"

"You really think so?"

"I know so dear"

"Poor velvet" she tutted as painful memories resurfaced in my mind "you so desperately wanted to be something bigger than you are and when you couldn't reach that high standard you crumbled. It's so pityful how you lie to yourself. How you lie to others. Your need to best me but you never will. No matter how much power you gain you will always be beneath me"

Tears stung my eyes at her cruel words. She smirked at my sigh of weakness "wonderful talking to you dear. Until next time" with that she vanished.

"Vel you'll never believe what that whore did to me- hey are you alright?" Vox's anger turned to concern.

"I've had enough of that smug bitch!" I wiped my tears away angrily "I'm going to hit her where it hurts! Vox give Lucifer the beating of his lifetime. She'll think twice before crossing me!"

"Gladly" he smirked "now how about I take you out to get your mind off things" he held his hand out to me.

"You're so thoughtful" I smiled as I took his hand, walking out together..
