"Ok angel let's try this again" I smiled patiently "when you see someone drop their wallet you..."

"Take it and buy some crack" I frowned at his answer "what? If the dumbass drops it it's fair game"

"This isn't working" Charlie facepalmed "vaggie he can't be fixed. Let's just cut our losses while we still can"

"No this can work" I insisted "We just need to find a exercise that works for him"

"Thanks Gabby" Lucifer smiled at his brother as he handed him a letter, something he's been doing weekly to give us an upper hand against heaven. Gabriel nodded as he flew away.

Lucifer read through his letter and frowned "this isn't good. They're planning an all out attack. If we're going to survive then we'll need more troops"

"We'll talk to Rosie together" alastor took his hand "lute dear would you come with us?"

"Of course" she nodded.

"Me too me too!" Mimsy hopped excitedly.

"Very well" alastor sighed.

"That's it!" I jumped to my feet "angel learns better in action. If we take him out then he's bound to learn something"

"But if we leave them my mom and your dad would be.."

"Oh crap" I muttered. There's a good chance those two would rip each other to shreds! I flew up to Emily who was in the medical room "hey em we're stepping out. Could you watch over daddy and Lilith for me?"

"Sure" she smiled sweetly.

"Thank you!" I hugged her quickly before heading out with Charlie and angel.

Emily's pov

I strolled around the castle, keeping a watch over them like I was asked. Lilith was sorting through the library books, almost as if she was looking for something.

"The fuck are you up to" Adam approached her.

"Just doing a bit of reading" she said casually "you're clearly too stupid to read so the poor things have been gathering dust"

"Just like your withered pussy"

"You animal!" She turned to him angrily. Oh boy.

"Ok everyone why don't we take a breather" I said gently.

"Stay out of this kid" adam snapped before turning to Lilith "I never invited you in my castle-"

"This used to be my castle" she growled.

"Well it's not anymore so don't get confertable"

Lilith trembled with rage "I wish you died back there you disgusting pig headed"

*Crash*

Vaggies pov

"Ok angel out here you should really be able to take in the lesson" I said encouragingly "take a look around angel. What do you see?"

"Demon scum who unfortunately survived the extermination" he muttered.

"Hey you're part of those demon scum so watch it" Charlie scolded.

"The answer I was looking for was people just like you that need to be shown a little kindness" I pushed him forward encouragingly "go ahead. Give one of them a complement"

He nodded and stepped forward "hey sir. I just wanted to say I like your hat. You got a great sense of style"

"Fuck you fag" he flipped him off.

"Hey! He was trying to be nice you insensitive homophobe!" I yelled, scaring him off "are you ok angel?"

"I'm fine" he shrugged me off "I think Charlie was right. I'm not cut out for being better. I should just get out of your hair"

"Angel wait!" I called out as he walked away. During this the terrorist gang started their usual shinanagins of bombing buildings. A part of the building fell off, straight towards one of the cannibal kids. Angel without thinking dive forward and saved the kid.

"Thank you kind sir" the parents bowed respectfully before taking the child out of his arms. He watched them with a smile.

"I guess we aren't so different" he muttered. Me and Charlie grinned at each other.

Seems there's hope after all.

Emily's pov

An explosion could be heard from the front of the castle. Is someone trying to break in?

"Come on out Lilith!" A female voice ran out "we finish this now bitch!"

"Velvet" Lilith sighed, sounding almost disappointed "I'll handle this"

"The fuck you will!" Adam stepped forward "they broke into my house. I'll handle them"

"You're barely able to stand. Sit down and let me do your job for you"

"You fucking bitch-"

"Enough!" I stepped between them "our home is under attack. Now more than ever we have to work together"

The two of them looked at each other.

"The kids right" Adam sighed "just this once let's work together"

"Very well" Lilith picked up her cane "Just try not to get in our way"

"Same to you bitch" he cracked his knuckles. The two of them went out to the two remaining vee's. Their faces fell when they saw the two of them together. This is going to be a bloodbath!

*Time skip*

"Gah!" The two were pinned down by them. Lilith bent down and grabbed her chin "if you and your little friend don't want to die then you'll lend your power in our upcoming war"

"Fine" she spat.

Adam and Lilith gave each other a high five. They immediately looked disgusted by their action.

"That felt weird"

"Agreed. Let's never do that again"

Just then Charlie, vaggie and angel arrived home "what happened" vaggie asked.

"Trust me" I sighed as exhaustion took over "you don't want to know"
