Vaggies pov

"We're here" Lilith turned to us with a smile "are you ready"

"Born ready" Charlie growled. I nodded determinedly. She nodded as she threw open the doors.

The vee's stood there as if they were waiting for us. Lucifer was tied up in the back, gagged. I steeled my resolve. I will saved him.

"Get them!" Velvet ordered her army to attack. They came at us with guns and other weaponry. We nodded before splitting into three groups as we planned.

Me and Charlie went after vox "argh!" Charlie charged after him, pitchfork in hand and stabbed at him. He dodged out of the way with a smug grin. I swooped in, sweeping under his legs. We high fived as he fell.

"Would you like some help girls" alastor lifted him up with his tentacles.

"Thanks al" Charlie smiled as she started punching him in the stomach.

"Ah so satisfying" alastors eyes shone with glee. A little concerning but he definitely deserves it.

"Velvet you truly outdone yourself this time" Lilith's smile was poorly hidden by her trembling frame "well you certainly caught my attention. Let's see if you can back it up"

"Bring it bitch" she pressed a button, summoning several drones to surround her. Her body was covered in bullets but as the smoke disappeared she remained unharmed.

"Is that the best you can do?" She smirked as she closed in on the small girl. Velvet backed up helplessly until...

"I wouldn't do that darling" val held a knife to Lucifers throat "unless you want your little biondo to get hurt"

"Dad!" Charlie called out. Val chuckled darkly, pleased at having the upper hand. Fortunately lute quickly shut him up with a kick to the face.

"Are you alright Lucifer sir?" She asked as she reached out to undo his chains only to pull back with a pained hiss "these chains are cursed, created to weakened angels"

"Let me handle this" alastor ran over and undid his chains.

"Al you're alright" Lucifer jumped into his arms.

"Of course I am. It'll take more than a bullet to keep me down" he winked at him.

"Velvet where are you going?" Lilith casually strolled up to velvet who was backing up "you're always so eager to pick a fight with me. Could it be you've finally bitten off more than you can chew?"

"Damnit all. Val! It's time for plan B!" velvet ordered.

"About time" val stood up. I was confused on what he was doing until he flapped his wings, sending a cloud of pink cloud. We coughed as we collapsed, feeling dizzy and nauseous.

"Hahaha" vox laughed shakily as he stood "now who should I kill first. Let's start with daddy's little girl"

"Charlie no" I coughed as I reached out for my girlfriend who vox pointed his gun at her head. He chuckled darkly as his finger tightened around the trigger but he never got the chance to fire as a light beam went through his head, killing him instantly. Once he fell we saw that Lucifer had fired the shot.

"Fuck" velvets face twisted in shock "we need to leave!" She grabbed Val, escaping with him.

Lucifer trembled slightly, possibly still in shock. Charlie slowly walked up to him and hugged him. We all slowly joined in on the hug.

It's over.

Lucifer's pov

"Goodnight everyone" I waved my daughter and everyone else goodnight. I took a deep breath, feeling relief wash over my body. I took out my wings and flew up to the balcony where alastor was sitting.

"Lucifer? I thought you'd be ready to pass out" he chuckled softly.

"Nah I'm too excited to sleep" I leaned against the railing, letting the wind rush through my hair.

"You look so much happier now" he smiled softly.

"I am" a slight blush appeared "it feels so good to be free. To let go of all my self hatred. I really owe so much to you" I wiped some stray tears away.

"I owe much to you too" he turned to me and took my hands "I'm also free thanks to you. Because of you I've experienced love for the first time"

"Alastor" a blush dusted my cheeks. He can't mean-

He strolled up to me "it's a beautiful night. Would you like to dance?"

"Sure" my eyes lit up in wonder as his hand glided down my back and his other hand gently grasped mine. The dance was graceful and beautiful. Like a swan dance. Our eyes were fixed on each other. Slowly he dipped his head to captured my lips. It felt so natural.

"Before this relationship continues" he pulled away "I can't have sex with you and I'll never be able to sleep with you"

I giggled softly "that's not a problem you dork"

"I knew there was a reason I loved you" he wrapped his arms around me. I laughed as I lay against his chest. Everything felt perfect-

Our moment was cut short by the extermination clock resetting, ticking down from twenty four hours...
