Many months have passed and it's almost our summer vacation. I really can't believe that in just a few months we're already in the last year of our High School life. Meeting Maxeus felt like yesterday, hindi ko akalaing isang taon na lang ay College na kami.

It's been three months since this guy started to court me and everything. . . it felt like a dream because he always makes me feel like it was the first time since he have done everything to me. . . kahit paulit-ulit lang naman ang ginagawa namin sa araw-araw palagi niyang pinaparamdam na parang unang beses pa lang iyon.

In the past months that Maxeus has been courting me, and introducing me to his family. . . the welcomingness that his family's giving to me now it feels surreal, parang tuwing pumupunta ako sa kanila hindi pa rin talaga ako makapaniwala na gano'n ka-welcome ang family niya sa 'min.

"Alam mo ba 'tong si Gavin, Harms. . . nu'ng una kitang pinakita sa kanya kunwari ayaw niya pa sa 'yo! But you know what? After I dropped your socials to him, he stalked you!" Ate Monique then giggled after saying that.

"Ate, will you stop embarrassing me? It's been 3 months, 3 days, and 14 hours since I introduced her to you and yet you never fail to embarrass me. . . parang araw-araw mo 'kong pinapahiya sa kanya," Maxeus hissed at his sister.

I really thought Maxeus doesn't care to his sister, 'yung tipong 'di niya masyadong pinapansin. . . I didn't know na sobrang under pala nito ni Maxeus sa Mom and Ate niya.

I giggled at the thought of Maxeus stalking and crushing on me. My gosh, siya na 'yan eh! Who would've thought that this guy had the time to stalk me during JHS years namin. I didn't even interact with him during our JHS years until we became classmates.

He's such a taciturn during our freshmen years, and just like what I've said—STEP students' classroom is kinda far away from BEC students' classroom. . . that's why I barely see him.

"Look at her now, Ate. . . she's imagining things that shouldn't be imagined in the first place. . ." Maxeus hissed at his sister.

Ate Monique laughed. "It's okay, Gavin. . . bakit ba ayaw mong aminin?! S'ya lang naman 'yan, oh."

"Kahit na," kalmadong suway ni Maxeus sa Ate niya.

"Whatever you say, Gavin!" Anas nito sa kanyang kapatid. "Kung alam ko lang talaga na liligawan mo ang kapatid ng best friend ko-"

"Ate, stop already."

Naging gano'n ang lagi naming set up tuwing naabutan namin ang Ate Monique niya sa bahay nila. . . para akong nakahanap ng Kuya Hunter na babaeng version.

As the time goes by the relationship between me and Maxeus became closer. . . actually expected naman iyon parang hindi lang ako makapaniwala na we're here again. . . we're okay again.

Ang tagal na pero hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala.

Maaga pa ngayon pero inaaya ko na si Maxeus umalis, kagigising ko lang at inaaya ko na siyang umalis mamaya. . . bukod sa wala kaming ginagawa at sobrang boring din kasi rito sa bahay.

I want to buy new books.
