Lady Johanna Lannister was born to Lord Tywin Lannister and Princess Daella Targaryen his first wife.
Lady Johanna held no Lannister looks thus, Aerys II the Mad King demanded she marry his second born son the Prince Daemon Targaryen.

Johanna laughs with her aunt and Queen, Rhaella as they watch Daemon and Rhaegar run after Aegon and Rhaenyra who are laughing as they chase each other. The twins thought they were playing while the two targaryen brothers tried to catch the children to bring them in so they could eat.
This was to be one of their last moments of peace before Harrenhal and the fall of the Targaryen Dynasty.

The crowd grew silent as Rhaegar Targaryen rode past his wife Elia of Dorne and rode straight to the Lady Lyanna Stark who smiled up at the Prince who had a sour look on his face as he dropped the rose crown onto her lap.
Johanna turned to look at Elia who looked back at her as their children sat silent in front of them as a dark look fell over Daemon's face which would not result in anything good for anyone involved.
Acting quickly Johanna ushered Elia out of the Royal Box with Rhaella and the children while she turned and rushed to Daemon's side, and while people watched she calmed his temper slightly.
Instead of ripping Rhaegar's head from his shoulders Daemon turned and left the tourney as Robert Baratheon jumped to his feet yelling his displeasure at Rhaegar who did not seem to care as he watched his cousin give him a hateful look as she followed her husband off of the sand.
