Lady Johanna Lannister was born to Lord Tywin Lannister and Princess Daella Targaryen his first wife.
Lady Johanna held no Lannister looks thus, Aerys II the Mad King demanded she marry his second born son the Prince Daemon Targaryen.

Johanna looks around the courtyard with distain which insults Catelyn Stark who continues to watch the Queen as Lady Tyrin Arryn and Lady Daena Blackfyre join the Queen's household with Ser Sebastian, Ser Arthur, Septa Alysanne, Otto Hightower, Ceryse Hightower, Joffery Strong and Saera Targaryen.
They looked intimidating, to say the least as they stood behind their Queen and her children. Saera Targaryen was known for her sharp tongue that could challenge the Queen of Thrones easily and would sometimes win.
Otto and his daughter Ceryse were known political geniuses while Joffery Strong the Heir of Harrenhal was known for his loyalty. The Sers Sebastian and Arthur were known through out the Kingdoms of their devotion to their Queen once time Princess.
Lady Tyrin and Lady Daena were loyal to a fault and would report anything to their Queen and would find out anything she wished to know.
Although they were little they were powerful.
Catelyn Stark watches as Johanna leans to listen to something Otto Hightower whispers into her ear, whatever he said makes her eyes harden as she whispers something back as Cersei Lannister now Cersei Frey walks over to her sister and whispers something to her with their brother Jaime and her son not far behind her.
Johanna turns to her sons Aegon and Maegor and tells them something which makes them nod as they mount their horses and with ten of Johanna's personal guard they ride out of Winterfell which makes everyone who is not in Johanna's inner circle turn to her questioning as she steps forwards with her children; Rhaenyra, Helaena, Aemond and Rhaena, her ladies; Lady Tyrin and Lady Daena, her council; Otto Hightower, Ceryse Hightower, Joffery Strong, Septa Alysanne and Saera Targaryen, with her guards Ser Sebastian and Ser Arthur behind her.
"I wish to rest." she says to Catelyn who bows her head as the whole courtyard watch their beautiful queen command their lady with a soft dangerous tone. "Please show me to my chambers, along with the chambers of my children and household."
"Follow me my Queen"
"Thank you. Children." Johanna holds her hands out to Aemond and Rhaena who skip forwards and take her hands as they walk into Winterfell with her household behind her.
If Ned Stark did not know that the crown was on Robert's head he would have thought Johanna Lannister was the Queen in her own right.
"They crypts Ned. Show them to me." Robert commands his friend who bows his head and leads the King into the crypts not noticing Johanna's hard look at her husband and the sound of Robert's command knowing he was going to visit the woman who torn her house apart and left her without her beloved husband.
Rob noticing the Baratheon children standing the courtyard without any parent he steps forwards and bows his head which causes them to bow their heads back to the Northern Lord.
"Follow me and I will show you to your chambers."
"Thank you my lord" the Princess Mycella says to Rob and he cannot help but notice how similar her eyes are to Ser Sebastian Cooke.
"Of course, your soldiers?"
"My Mother's soldiers have loggings outside of Winterfell's walls, the Queen makes sure they have the very best. She would never allow them to sleep in the stables with our Father's guards." Cassian tells Rob as he leads them into the castle.
Inside the castle Johanna looks around her chambers with a hum as her children and Lady Catelyn watch her. The lady looks at the Queen nervously as her children just watch her with no emotion as the Queen's ladies are taken to their own chamber by a Northern Lady.
"They will do. Where are my children sleeping?"
"Close to my own children, my Queen"
Johanna frowns as she turns to look at the lady of the castle "On the otherside of Winterfell?"
"Yes, my Queen-"
"No, they are to he close to me. I will not allow them to be further than a corridor away. It is the same in Kingslanding, it must be the same here." Johanna shakes her head as she steps closer to Catelyn Stark who bows her head.
"I will have something made up until three chambers can be made up for them."
"Two will do. Sons together, daughters together. Two beds in each."
Catelyn nods as Rhaenyra lifts Rhaena onto her hip and Aemond jumps onto the bed with Helaena behind him. With one final bow Catelyn turns and walks out of the chamber closing the door behind her jumping alarmed when she seems almost thirty of Johanna's personal guard lining up and down the hallway.
You would think this was the Red Keep under Targaryen rule again she thinks as she walks away.
