Lady Johanna Lannister was born to Lord Tywin Lannister and Princess Daella Targaryen his first wife.
Lady Johanna held no Lannister looks thus, Aerys II the Mad King demanded she marry his second born son the Prince Daemon Targaryen.

The whole Realm seemed to be in the Sept of Baelor as they watched Aemond and Rhaena be wed before them. Smiles were on everyone's faces although some were without a doubt fake, ladies of the Realm wishing they were to be a Princess or Lords wishing that Rhaena could have been their bride.
Most of them had never seen a Targaryen wedding before and thought that the tradition would fade due to the restlessness of the Realm and the Targaryen Royal Family needing allies.
Daemon scoffed at the idea and ordered the wedding of Aemond and Rhaena to happen within the fortnight and thus, here they all were.
When the vows were coming to an end Aegon could be heard by his family saying "Finally." which earned him a nudge from his sister who shook her head with silent amusement as they watched the High Septon preform his final blessing on the two Targaryens before him.
When is was done and as Aemond and Rhaena turned to face the court the Sept was slowly and quickly overcome with cheers and claps as they raised their bound hands higher for the crowd to see.
Daemon clapped the loudest along with Aegon who cheered for his brother as Maegor clapped politely but his pride could clearly be seen by the look in his eye as Rhaenyra and Helaena beamed with joy as they clapped for the newly wedded couple.
After the ceremony the wedding party returned to the Red Keep and to the great hall that had been transformed to host a great feast with two long tables on either side of the newly reacted isle. Behind each of those tables was another for the lesser lords of the Realm.
Lording over them was the Royal table that had a place for the King, Queen each other their children and their children if they had any as well as a place for Lady Tyrin, the Hand of the King and Lady Ceryse Hightower.
People raised eyebrows at that but did not say a word in fear of insulting their Queen who sat beside her husband watching with pride as Aemond and Rhaena walked towards them down the isle hand in hand with bright smiles on their faces.
Johanna looks over the feast with a true smile on her face as she watched her children dance together.
She laughed when Jaehaerys and Jaehaera took to the floor and the lords and ladies stopped to watch them dance clumsily together. To their great credit they did dance with an elegance not many children possessed at that age.
"My Queen?" comes Otto Hightower's voice from beside her which makes the Queen turn her head to look at the Green Lord who bows his head to her as she turns to face him.
"Yes Otto?"
"It is ready my Queen."
Johanna nods as she sighs looking over the joyous hall filled with people laughing and smiling as they watch Maegor dance with Helaena and Aegon dance with Rhaenyra both couples filled with happiness that would soon vanish.
"Very well," Johanna says as she looks at the Green lord who is watching her closely.
"Ready the boats."
