Chapter 21: Rescuing Mercury, Mars, and Venus

Now Goku and Usagi were inside the mothership, they were coming their way to save the three Sailor Guardians. When they arrived, they found Sailor Mars, Sailor Venus, and Sailor Mercury being held captive inside the pad in their sleep form.

"Now what?" Goku asked.

Usagi brought the device gun and shot the pad, which released them. After that, she brought out the Silver Crystal and healed them with her power, awakening them.

"This will do," Usagi said, grinning. The three girls groaned after awakening from their slumbers.

"What happened?" Sailor Mars groaned.

"Where are we?" Sailor Venus groaned, rubbing her forehead.

"Don't worry, girls. You're safe with us now." Usagi cooed, bringing the warm blanket from the infirmary room.

"Usagi!" Sailor Mercury cried out as she hugged her.

"I'm here for you now. My friend Goku and I will get you get of here." Usagi said.

"I'm Goku, the friend who came to help," Goku greeted them. One of them didn't say anything. They were feeling complicated.

"Let's get out of here," Usagi said, bringing them out.

"Hold it right there!" Suddenly, they were caught by the guards who were about to attack. Suddenly, Vegeta appeared as he attacked them until he killed the guards in the process.

Goku was shocked to see Vegeta. "Vegeta!"

"So you came here to save your friends?" Vegeta asked, glaring.

Goku glared back. "If this is a rematch you want, have at it!"

"Stupid, I'm not here to fight you. I only came to check on them until you guys arrived, so I joined in to get rid of those goons." Vegeta said.

"Why do you care?" Usagi asked.

"It's because I was in love with Sailor Mars," Vegeta admitted.

"What!?" Goku and Usagi said in shock at the same time.

"I was the reason the Moon Kingdom was destroyed and the three Sailor Guardians were captured. Frieza had found out I had been sneaking away to see Sailor Mars. I've been seeing her nonstop in secret until it happens. I made a deal with Frieza if I could give him Namek Dragon Balls, he wouldn't hurt Sailor Mars." Vegeta said.

"I see now... I didn't know you two were..." Usagi tried to say anything, but she was speechless.

"I see why you cared, Vegeta. I always knew you were not that evil. I wonder why you treated Nappa so badly." Goku teased him playfully.

Vegeta glared at him in annoyance. "Just get Sailor Mars get of there Kakarot!"

"Okay! Okay!" Goku wailed. Then they immediately get them out of the imprisonment room.

After helping them escape, they made it back outside quickly. Gohan popped out of nowhere and saw them coming their way.

"They made it!" Gohan called out to them.

"Was it the Sailor Guardians!?" Piccolo called back.

"Yes! They are rescued!" Gohan shouted.

"And Vegeta's here, too!?" Sailor Jupiter noticed Vegeta helping them.

Piccolo jumped in front of them and was about to attack Vegeta. "What is he doing here!?"

"Calm down, Piccolo! He's with us now! He was helping us!" Goku said.

"Why should we trust him?" Sailor Jupiter asked, glaring at him.

"You have to trust me, Namekian! I am the reason the Sailor Guardians were captured because Sailor Mars is my mate." Vegeta admitted.

Piccolo blinked in shock. "You're kidding?"

"What!? You and Sailor Mars!? Together!?" Sailor Jupiter said in shock.

"Don't get mad, Jupiter. It's a good thing. Vegeta may have caused this, but he doesn't mean to. Now you two need to trust him." Goku said.

Sailor Jupiter sighed. "Alright. I suppose we can trust him."

"Come on, gang. Let's go stop Frieza." With that, they headed their way to find Frieza after they let the three Inner Sailor Guardians rest.
