Miram eventually found Justice in the mines.

"What are you doing here?" She asked through gritted teeth.

"I have to check something. The Alpha asked me to do something." He replied.

"I gave you a task and you're already failing at it but Aaron passes you around and like a lost puppy, you do as he asked. What is the matter with you Justice?" She silently yelled at him.

"I don't understand what you're talking about. I never said I would agree to do it." He replied without looking at her.

She gasped and placed her palm over her head. She was frustrated. Her face was already becoming a very bright red.

"All I asked was for you to get me as much information as possible while seducing her. If she falls for you then she won't fall for Aaron and if she doesn't fall for Aaron, he might as well send her out of this palace for good and then I won't have to kill anyone." She said that last part and looked intently at Justice.

Justice rolled his eyes, "do you think that I would want anything to do with her? She belongs to Aaron. If she wasn't his, he wouldn't have summoned her and forced her to stay. You should work better at keeping him in check and don't try to dump it all on me."

Miram has fire and rage in her eyes as he looks at Justice, "this is why I chose Aaron. This is why he is the Alpha and you're nothing but his mere lackie. This is why you will never be anything special." She spat.

He was trying hard to keep his anger in check as she said those things to him.

"You act like you're not hurt whenever you see that he has risen in power above you." She paused and walked closer to him,

"If I were you, I would take advantage of that rage and also rise just as he had." She whispered loud enough for him to hear..

"Why are you doing this?" Justice asked.

"Because everything is mine and I will get it back no matter what. I won't have a naive whim destroy all that I have taken my precious time to plan out." She replied.

And if it doesn't work out as you have planned, what then?" Justice asked

"Don't be so negative Justice and instead of asking me irrelevant questions, I suggest you go on with the plan." She replied and walked out of the mines.

Mia traced her fingertips over the miniature wooden crafts the mad has made.

"She seems like she doesn't know any of this. Do you think she would be able to learn in just three weeks?" Donald asked Aaron.

Aaron sighed, "she brought it upon herself. Just do what you have to and make sure that she learns something. I don't want to have to end her life so easily."

Donald looked over  at Mia where she was intently looking at one of his crafts, "it's encouraging to see that at least she has an interest in what I do."

"She doesn't have a choice." Aaron replied.

"Take your time. I'll be going now." Aaron replied and left without Mia's notice.

"I'm Donald and I'm the Craftsman. Was previously a werewolf but I severed my wolf by accident and since then, I haven't fully recovered.

"Oh!" Mia exclaimed.

She looked around,

"The Alpha has left and he has told me what I need to do." He said when he noticed that she was indeed looking for Aaron.

"He said you have just three weeks to learn and frankly speaking I don't think that you will last." He said.

"Why is that? Is it really that hard?" Mia asked.

"You should have thought about that before you decided to take it on. I won't guarantee that I will make it very easy for you either because I'm the end you made a very stupid choice." He said.

Mia didn't say anything to that.

The Craftsman sighed, "I don't even do the jewelry creation. I simply just sketch the designs and then I send them over to another territory in the west to create it. It would be nice if we could do it ourselves and then that way we would save a lot of money on cost of creation but I doubt you'll be able to learn anything in that field. Afterall, I simply just make wood designs."

"What's the first step?" Mia asked.

"You would have to learn how to sketch of course. I doubt you even know how to use the quill." He replied.

"You're called a Craftsman so why do you limit yourselves to just wood?" Mia asked.

"There used to be a time when I would make all sorts of things but wood seemed to be what I'm best at. I made all the wooden furniture you see in the palace and it has  moved on to announce me even beyond our territory and so, I decided to just stick to it." He replied.

"But I'm sure, it may not exactly be the same process but it will be slightly the same, making of jewelry."

Mia nodded.

He moved to the shelf and picked out a blank sheet and a quill and placed it on a table for Mia.

"This is what you'll use to draw out your designs and trust me that's the hardest part of becoming a craftsman." He said.

"If it's so hard, why then did you start with that as a lesson? You could always start from the easiest part." Mia said.

"That's because it's the basis of everything in crafting. Penning out your designs. You have to learn how to put your designs down on paper. And that means you have to learn some certain characters. I won't be able to teach you everything. You have to learn to learn on your own too sometimes. That is if you wish to beat the deadline that you have given the Alpha." He said and walked to the door,

"You are to stay here alone and not come out until you have designed something on that paper."

"But-" Mia tried to say but then he had already closed the doors.

She sighed as she looked at the paper in dismay.
