(Charlotte's pov)
I open my eyes due to the awful brightness hitting my face. Weird. My bed isn't next to the window. Wait. This isn't my bed.

The memories from last night rush back into my head. Oh my gosh. I cannot believe I did that. What was I thinking? I kissed mia. Mia kissed me. This is a terrible situation. What am I supposed to do now? I can't even think about what it's going to be like now. I mean, this was a mistake. Right? Work is going to be so horrible. Crap! Work!

Turning over, I see her peacefully laid next to me. The blanket just about covering her chest. Her hair is flowing around her like spilt wine. She looks... angelic. Carefree.

(3ed person pov)
"It's rude to stare" oh god. Mia opens her eyes and smirks
"Sorry. I uh" the red head chuckles as she pulls herself up against the headboard
"Relax sweetheart, I'm just kidding" Charlotte smiles quickly before reality hits her again.

"I have to go. I need to get ready for work and get the kids tonight and-crap! My car. I was supposed to call someone for the car!" Mia takes the woman's hand in hers, causing her to look down at their hands before making eye contact
"I'll drive you to work sweetheart, don't worry. And we'll sort your car out"
"But what about-"
Mia connects their lips in a longing kiss. Charlotte was certainly startled by the sudden action but couldn't help enjoy the electricity radiating off of Mia's touch.

Leaving her utterly speechless, Mia smiles even wider
"Sorry. Had to shut you up somehow"
"Um, uh, rude?" She finally stutters
"If you really insist, I'll take you home first. We have time sweetheart"
"Okay" she lets out a deep breath, "i'm just... last night was..." Mia raises a brow. She knows what Charlotte is getting at. It's clear that last night surprised her. It even surprised Mia.

Despite knowing how she felt about the brunette, Mia certainly did not expect to be waking up next to her on a normal Friday morning. Not that she would change anything or take it back.

...

The drive to Charlotte's house was quiet. And so was the drive to the nursery. Charlotte had changed into a light blue dress with pretty white flowers and all Mia could think about was how incredibly beautiful she looked.

Mia didn't want to push Charlotte, she knew she had alot to sort through with what happened last night. She would never admit it, but she didn't want to scare her off. Mia had a habit of pushing people away before they had the chance to leave her themselves.

Everyone seemed to leave her. And those who didn't, hated her. At no fault of their own. Which hurt Mia even more. She managed to push away the people she cared about most in the world all because she wanted someone who doesn't care. All she ever did, hurting the people she considered family, it was all for her dad.

Mia started to realise how bad she screwed up. There was once a time Autumn and Reece loved her like their own family, and she had hurt them. She made them hate her. She now was realising that she gave up their love to fill the whole in her heart that her father left. Only now she was left with nothing.

At this point, she was so exhausted and drained from being Roger's pet that she just wanted to leave. Her problem was that she had nothing else. She was so used to the manipulation and drama by now that she wouldn't know what to do without Roger in her ear. She didn't even know if she liked working in childcare, she just did it because of Roger. There was so much about her that she didn't even know because of how that man had moulded her to be his perfect puppet.

...

When Mia pulled up outside the nursery, Reece was outside and watched as they both got out the car.
"Morning Charlotte" he pauses "Mia" you could tell by his expression how confused he was to see them together
"Morning Reecey" Mia knew that Charlotte wasn't ready to talk about what happened, especially not to the others, "I found Charlotte walking along the road, car trouble, right?"
"Yeah, Mia offered to drive me in" she smiled, relieved that Mia didn't shout from the rooftops about last night. It definitely seemed like something she would do.

"Right, I can have a look at it for you, if you want" Reece offers, still rather confused. He wasn't sure why Mia would offer to drive Charlotte into work. He didn't think she was capable of doing anything nice.

...

(Charlotte's Pov)
Reece said he would call Carly over to cover me after lunch so that he could drive me down to my car and see what the problem is, so I'm going to meet him now.

I'm walking towards the office and see that the door is open,
"Reece?" I walk in but thats not who I find
"Not exactly, sweetheart" she smirks, leaning against the desk with her hands holding her up.

(3ed person pov)
"Mia, uh, hi. Umm... Reece, he uh,.." the brunette barely manages to get her word out, which for Mia was quite amusing. She couldn't help but chuckle at the opportunity to tease her, which of course she would not pass up on.

Pushing herself off of the desk, she slowly moves towards Charlotte,
"Do I make you nervous, sweetheart?" She whispers, her voice as seductive as ever
"What? Uh, no! Um.." Charlotte avoids her alluring gaze "uh, umm. Where's Reece?"
"He's outside talking to Marjorie. She just dropped Carly in"
"Uh, thanks" The flustered brunette attempts to turn around and walk away, but Mia takes hold of her wrist, quickly spinning her back. They're standing impossibly close to each other as she leans to whisper in the woman's ear,
"If you ever want a repeat of last night, you know where to find me"
She winks with a her signature smirk before Charlotte stumbled out of the room.

...

"So why were you with Mia this morning?" Reece questions as they drive out of the car park
"Like we said this morning; she just stopped when she saw me walking and asked if I needed a ride"
"Hm. Okay" Reece didn't totally believe Charlotte, but what other excuse was there?

"How are you feeling? You've been off most of the week" Charlotte attempts to bring the focus off of her
"Fine, thank you. Next week you can head back to Marjorie" Charlotte nods with her usual smile. When she's at the Knight Nursery she won't see Mia, so she can finally get on with her life. Although there's this nagging feeling of somewhat... sadness? Something she couldn't explain.

I fell like this was a bit random, I'm not sure what to think. Hope you all like it though :)
Also sorry for the random changes in povs. Some things are just easier to right from different perspectives :)
