the four teens had arrived on the isle, quickly dissembling from the car. "i'll get the swords." jay exclaimed, lonnie nodding in response.
"lonnie!" mal gushed, lonnie rushing over to the purple and blue headed girl.
"i made them bring me.. well cords brought me." she chuckled, hugging mal.
"oh, i'm so glad."
"welcome to the isle." evie spoke, hugging lonnie. cordelia and carlos made their way towards the back of the limo, where they helped jay with the swords.
"dude?!" cordelia gasped, trying to hide her laughter as the small dog wagged his tail with delight.
"i told you to stay!" carlos exclaimed, scolding the dog.
"i flunked obedience class." dude retaliated rather cheekily.
"great and he can still talk." jay groaned.
"you're lucky i love you." carlos said, giving in to dude's begging puppy eyes. "come on." cordelia went over and scooped the small dog up.
mal then came over, eager to see the wand. "ooh. here, let me see." carlos pulled it out of his jacket pocket and held it towards mal. "woah, what a beauty." she breathed out, while inspecting the perfectly crafted wand.
"it's noon."
cordelia felt her demeanour shift, suddenly her nervous self was back. she had only met harry and he was enough to scare her, who knew what uma could do to her. "alright, are we ready?"
"yeah." evie said, as she held up the bag of smoke bombs.
"let's do this."
"stay!" carlos said to the small dog while cordelia placed dude on the ground next to her shoes. "i mean it."
carlos slipped the wand back inside his jacket and grabbed cordelia's hand, holding it tight. the blonde girl smiled a little, trying to mask her worried expression. carlos read her expression like an opened book.
"it's going to be okay." he whispered. "i won't let anything happen to you." cordelia felt relief wash over her but yet, a small part of her still didn't know what to expect. she smiled, sending him a grateful nod.
"thank you." she smiled, placing a quick peck on his cheek. "i know you will."

"hey, guys! they're here!" the group all shared a look hearing gil's voice call out as they made their way out of the tunnel.
"welcome!" harry called out, throwing his arms up besides him. the hook's eyes darted to a specific blonde, making her skin crawl.
"finally!" uma shouted, jumping up and down with a laugh. the six teens stood together, waiting for a move. harry pushed ben towards the plank, while uma flicked her braids to the side of her face. "huh, let's get this party started, i swear i'm cold hearted."
"there's no negotiation, i'm not here for debating. you need some motivation? just look at ben's face." uma continued. mal glanced over at ben, who looked at her with a loving smile. cordelia stood close by carlos, waiting anxiously for a first move.
"then ask yourself. how long you think i'll remain patient. i'll throw him overboard and let him swim with killer sharks. you either hand over the wand or he'll be ripped apart." uma threatened.
"now let's all just be smart, although for you, that must be hard." mal retaliated, uma laughed sarcastically. "you'll get your wand, no one has to come to any harm. don't try to intimidate." uma twirled her hair around her finger, smirking at mal. "your bark is much worse than your bite." the blue headed girl bit the air. "who's the baddest of them all? i guess we're finding out tonight!"
