"harry," uma said, waving harry over. "bring him here." the pirates called out to ben watching as harry escorted him over towards uma.
gil smiled, stepping forward and turning to ben. "oh, um, before you go, tell your mum that gaston says hi and also tell your dad that my dad wishes he'd finish off your dad when he had the chance." gil chirped, rambling off while harry shoved ben down.
forcing ben to kneel before mal, she met his gaze as he looked at her. uma extended her hand for the wand, while mal offered hers for ben to grab. "oh, cut him loose harry."
harry looked at uma with a shocked face, before grumbling. "i never get to have any fun." he muttered, cutting ben's restraints. ben happily took mal's hand, uma grabbed the wand and they quickly exchanged items.
"ben, go!" mal ordered, placing a hand onto his chest.
uma glanced back at the teens before turning to her crew. "yes!" she exclaimed, the pirates behind her erupting with happiness. "by the power of the sea, tear it down and set us free!" uma chanted, waiting for a response but nothing happened. "no!" she grunted, snapping the wand with her knee. "you do not get to win every time!" she yelled at mal.
cordelia jumped closer to carlos at the loud snap of the fake wand. mal was quick to protect her friends, who was attempting to push ben away. jay pushed down a barrel containing a bunch of swords, handing them out.
lonnie handed the blonde two, cordelia handed one over to carlos. who looked at her with a reassuring nod. she felt a ping of strength rush through her veins, she was going to destroy these pirates.
"get them!" uma shouted at her crew of pirates as they all emerged from the boat. carlos was quick to aim a smoke bomb at them, suffocating them in blue.
"ben!" cordelia shouted, tossing him a sword which he caught it with a gasp.
the ship filled with chaos, pirates and swords flying everywhere. out of no where a pirate came running towards her, without thinking she quickly shielded herself using all her strength to push the pirate back but she was soon surrounded by many more.
one of the pirates looked all too familiar, gothel's son. "well, hello... flower." he smirked, rather evilly. melanthios looked to the other pirates, signally for them to leave them alone. "you really thought you could get away?"
"sort of?" she shrugged, using her sword to shield herself.
"you have no idea how long i have waited for this day." he grinned, a dark glimmer in his eyes. "the day i end you, the day you get what you deserve."
cordelia swallowed the lump from her throat. "well.. isn't that nice?" she spoke quietly. "i think?"
"you have such a perfect life, while i have to live here in this hole." he said, thrusting his sword forwards but cordelia used her own to block him. it was at this moment she was so happy she had watched so many fencing practices or she would be fish bait.
"what your mother did was not my fault." she spoke sternly, which seemed to take him by surprise after her soft tone.
"what about me?! you get to live in auradon! with all different types of opportunities at your fingertips, all i have is this!" he inched closer. "your mother and father were the ones that sent my mother here! it's your fault i'm here!" melanthios inched even closer, taking her by surprise and swinging her sword away from her hands.
cordelia thought quickly, before smiling and kicking the boy in the shins causing him to kneel over. she swiftly grabbed the swords and ran away, laughing to herself. cordelia quickly stopped when she saw a pirate knock carlos's sword from his hands.
