dahlias pov:

i woke up and my head hurts so bad.
i cried so much yesterday.

i got up and looked at my mirror,
my eyes were red and puffy.

i woke up and schlatt was asleep on the couch.
i made coffee and sat down at the table and scrolled twitter.

but they don't seem into eachother, so not the second one.
and they've said in a stream that they do NOT like eachother in that way

i kept scrolling and it was a lot of me not streaming.

"mornin." schlatt rolled over and onto the floor.
a loud thump was heard.
"fuck."

i laughed and took a long sip of my coffee.
i wonder why niki was getting a ring for me.

"YOU DIDNT EVEN CHECK ON ME!" schlatt yelled from the floor.

"are you ok?"

"no."

"ok. don't say i never check on you." i put my empty cup in the sink and he pretend cried on the floor.

i walked over and stuck out my hand for him to grab.

"no i don't need a stupid prick to help me up."

the regular schlatt is back.

i smiled to myself and knew we were back to normal again.
we got a knock at the door.

"OO THIS IS IT!" schlatt said gleefully.

"wha-"

"get in your room. it's a surprise!" schlatt ordered.

i took my coffee and went to my room.
potato, being my little shadow, followed close behind.

shit i have to pick up my adhd meds today.

"you can come out now!!"

"ok!" i walked out and was met with another naked monkey statue.
"SCHLATT ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING?!"

"WHAT?!"

"you should not be able to have a credit card."

"STOP!" i said, covering my ears with my hands.

he came closer and whispered into my ears. "balls."

niki called me and schlatt picked it up cause he was closest to my phone.
"there's your girlfriend." he said with a grin.
"girl kisser." he laughed and made himself a coffee.

i ignored him and answered niki.

"hi niki!"

"hi! i wanted to ask how you and schlatt are doing since you never texted."

i turned the phone to schlatt.
"schlatt how are you?"

"horrible." he responded, not taking his eyes off his coffee.

"he said he's doing great."

she clearly heard him and laughed.
"i was going to ask you something, you remember how i said i needed your ring size?" she asked.
