Chapter 3:- The Aura Was Just Too Frightening To Handle

     Evelyn finished getting ready and headed downstairs where the Stone family chauffeur, Chauffeur Thompson walked in to get her. She stared at him and smirked 'Things were really repeating itself, sweet!'. She watched as Diana conversed with him probably about money for letting her go to live with them. After, she walked up to her with a smile.
      "Evelyn they'll be your family from now on, so don't come back soon" were Diana's last words to her before urging her to the nightmare that ended her life.
     Evelyn stared at the car with a tinge of reluctance before getting in masking her deep seated hatred that happened to flash across her eyes every now and then. 'She'll really make them pay so badly '.
     Soon the car arrived at the Stone mansion and unlike before when she was awestruck and overwhelmed which made her appear clumsy and stupid she only swept a cold glance at it before looking away.
     The driver who wasn't expecting this reaction couldn't help but shudder. He had expected her to gaze at the mansion with awe but this little girl stared at it like it was her father's sworn enemy. She walked like she had seen numerous mansions and this one wasn't worth mentioning before her.
    'The First Miss won't be pleased if she realised the girl wasn't even the least moved talklesss of being starstruck by the mansion ' the butler, Butler Benjamin thought as he led her in.
     Evelyn finally reached the main hall and there stood her family but, where was Alexia? If she remembered clearly she was meant to be seated on her grandmother's laps with a lollipop and a warm smile but she wasn't. ' Did she not..... no, no way she's definitely somewhere ' Evelyn thought and regained her composure. She wasn't the least intimidated by them and looked at each of them in their eyes as if she were assessing their characters and she did it with a cold and frosty gaze.
     The Old Madam was shocked!. She never expected a girl who was just brought back from the village to have this oppressive aura despite her beauty. She was just like her mother beautiful yet intimidating.
     The aura is definitely too much to handle but deep within that cold shield there's a flicker of warmth as their eyes connected. She was really an etheral beauty, her beauty transcends time and space, she was so beautiful it hurts just to look at her for long.  She could turn perfectly straight girls into  lesbians and gay boys into straight with just one glance.          
     Ava was so jealous she felt like peeling off her face. Not only was she beautiful she had an admirable aura and she felt like strangling Evelyn and stealing her face so that she could be this beautiful and surprisingly,it was natural beauty.
