Chapter 35:- NOSEBLEED AND HEARTBREAK

Sawyer almost face palmed himself. She had shouted like she had seen a danger from afar but it was just for snacks?. If is young master doesn't get angry and scold her then the world is about to come to an abrupt end with no sounds of trumpets.
Logan felt like kicking her till she would gain sense. Who screams like that for mere snacks.
"Let me off, I need them this instant!"she exclaimed her eyes pleading.
Sawyer turned to look at his Young Master but got no response from him. He was stuck between Evelyn's pleadings and Logan's quietness.
Logan who wanted to discipline her saw the light in her eyes and had no choice but to agree. He nodded to Sawyer who unlocked the door and let her off.
Evelyn practically raced to the food vendor salivating as the delicious smells invaded her nostrils in one go. She was so caught up in the deliciousness of the food she did not notice every male eyes on her.
Everyone turned to look at her and couldn't look away. The black gown on her made it seem like life was sucked from every other colour to add on to her. Her appearance brightened up the place and her pure smile made hearts flutter. She was beautiful and she knew it.
Evelyn walked up to the counter to order. She wanted to order for herself but thinking about the men she left in the car she decided to have a little bit of compassion.
"I'll like a dozen dumpling, a dozen crispy chicken and a six crispy pork belly all take away" she ordered and it took the waiter a great deal of diligence to focus on the food she was ordering and not her face.
"Give us 5 minutes" he said surprised he didn't stutter. He walked in and exactly 5 minutes later came back with her order.
"Thank you. How much?"she asked bringing out her wallet.
"No need it's on the house" he told her with his charming, boyish smile that made her smile too.
Unknown to them a pair of jealous eagle eyes were watching them. And when the owner couldn't contain his anger anymore he got down and strolled into the store like he owned the place.
Again, everyone's eyes turned to see a god among humans. He was extremely handsome. His sharp jawline looked sexy, his pursed thin lips was alluring, the casual stroll he took could beat the world's best male models on any runway, the air of elegance and superiority that enshrouded him made him appear distant but near but the way his clothes hung perfectly on him mad them all believe he could rock anything he wore even heels.
"He's so handsome!"one squealed. "Is he a model or a celebrity he looks so good!"another complimented. "ah! I'm in love" another exclaimed but Logan's sharp eyes silenced their incessant muttering.
Logan barely acknowledged the crowd as he strolled in. Evelyn felt the temperature of the room dropped and there was a pin drop silence. When she turned to look, as expected Logan was there.
"Why are you here I'm almost done" she told him but he ignored her, his gaze shifting to the guy behind the counter.
He shivered under Logan's scruinticizing gaze and he wished the ground would open up and swallow him whole.
"What's taking you so long" he asked obviously displeased.
"He wanted to give me the meals on discount and I'm trying to convince him not to" Evelyn replied with a smile and Logan's eyes brewed with anger.
"She doesn't need it" he replied paying for the meals with his card and picked up the meal and held her hands firmly as if to exercise his control. "Let's go" he told her and she nodded.
It took everyone a while to react and wailing sounds wer heard.
How could they come in and give them a nosebleed at their otherworldly beauty only for them to act like a couple and break their heart?.
Everyone felt completely heartbroken and cried over their meal.
It was a serious case of nosebleed and heartbreak.
