Chapter 37;-KILLING TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE

     Evelyn walked back into the kitchen after putting her phone away.
     "Sorry I'm late Aunt Faye" she said but the elder woman smiled in reply. Making popcorn with someone who doesn't know how to make it was quite difficult so by the time they were done it was 2:00am already and she was exhausted.
     She entered the living room and there was Logan who sat elegantly with his legs crossed, a document in his hand and Sawyer standing respectfully.
     "Are you busy?"she asked as she sat beside him with a bowl of popcorn already munching on it. 
     "What does it look like?"he replied her and she snorted then turned her gaze to Sawyer.
     "Can you help me with the television?"she asked,Logan nodded and he agreed.
     As she scrolled through Netflix, her phone vibrated thrice.
     One was a message from her apprentice on the address and time to come for the meeting.
     Second was the information on Smoke making her smirk just thinking about her sweet revenge.
     Last was a message from Ava. It was a picture of her kissing Tyler in his room.
     Disgust flashed in her eyes as she looked at the picture. What made her think she would care about whatever they did. It was truly disgusting to look at .
     Logan watched her expression change thrice. From seriousness, to excitement then to disgust. It made him wonder what she saw.
     Evelyn suddenly had a bright idea. "Logan do you have a laptop you can borrow me?"she asked .
     "What for?"he questioned her. It's not like he did not have the laptop he was just curious.
     "You'll know in less than 24 hours but for now borrow me it's urgent"she pleaded and he agreed.
     Sawyer handed her a laptop and she began typing away. She wasn't hacking, not yet but she was uploading an article as the name Secret!.
     Secret is the number one journalist who only speaks the truth but no one knows her identity. If only they knew she was a 18 year old girl, munching on popcorn about to ruin another person's image.
     She uploaded an article
30 minute later. 'VETERAN ACTRESS INVOLVED IN AN UNCLEAR RELATIONSHIP WITH HER YOUNGER SISTER'S FIANCE UNDER THE INSTIGATION OF HER MOTHER' under 5 minutes it had 10 million views. Evelyn had a smile looking at the comments scolding Ava and Caroline.

     Ava coughed out blood in anger. The situation should have been buried, why did Secret have to stir it up again? and why did she have the photo she sent to Evelyn to spite her.
     "Two shameless couples, they really deserve each other". "What a conspiracy I feel sorry for the younger sister". "If I were her, I would have killed her with an 8 inches knife". "I would call her a bitch but it's an insult to bitches". "Let's not forget the so called fiancé. The nerve to roll in bed with his fiancee's elder sister is just disgusting". "This is beyond disgusting. I hope they rot in hell together". "I bless them with a fruitless marriage" and many more harsh comments were launched at her.
     Her fans could not even defend her. They could have called the last one a fake news but this was uploaded by Secret with pictures. Her image was completely ruined.

     Tyler was facing worse at home. The shares of the company was dropping drastically.
     "I warned you!.I told you to stay away. Now you caught the attention of the journalist God" his mother shouted at him hitting him repeatedly while his father had a grim face.
     "You had better fix it this instant or forget being the vice chairman get out!"his father's angry voice commanded and his face paled.
     "Dad!"he wanted to complain but Ava's call interrupted.
     "If you pick up forget about being my son!"his mother shouted and he dared not do it.
     He put his phone away reluctantly and this angered his father the more.
     "Go and kneel at the ancestral hall this instant!"his father said and with a gloomy face he agreed.

     While this was going on, the culprit was busy watching Vampire Diaries and munching on popcorn while Logan stared at the recent news online and couldn't help but suspect it was her.
     But she had cleared the computer and erased all traces so it was only an hypothesis.
     Either way, Secret just caused chaos in two homes. She had killed two birds with one stone!.
