          I turned to face Logan. My heart trembled and my knees buckled seeing him. Not from fear but from guilt. Guilt that in my past life I was nothing short of a monster to him and seeing him again it all came rushing in .
          'He had loved me deeply in his past life. I was his beloved but under the influence of Tyler, Ava and Caroline I didn't return his love. Logan tried everything to get my attention and I refused but he chose not to give up on me.
           The worst I could do was reject him but because of Tyler, I hacked into his company's computer and stole highly confidential and encrypted files sending it to Tyler's company which made them rich but bankrupted Logan's company. He became powerless and Tyler sent people to cripple him almost turning him to a vegetable.
          The last I heard of him is that he disappeared for months and was later found dead near the Riverbank with ten bullets in him.
           But this life is different I'll make him love me. I'll never push him away again. I'll be there when it counts no matter what' I promised myself.

I handed Ava her own glass and accidentally moved a bit to where the needles were placed and she gulped down her glass hurriedly to prevent herself from screaming in pain. "Ava!"her mother scolded. The pain made her head dizzy plus the mixed alcohol I gave her, her steps were a bit disoriented. I gave her a slight nudge where the pin was placed and she fell on the floor. "Oh my God sister! are you drunk?" I said raising my voice to draw people's attention towards us. "No, No I'm fine"she said I took it as the perfect moment when Tyler helped her up to step on her dress which came off instantly.

          "I'm sorry for tonight I've prepared gifts for everyone"grandma said and the people began to disperse understandly including Logan.
