Chapter 64:- REVENGE IS BEST SERVED COLD

     "Sister...."she began to shed tears, looking like she had been bullied and clung unto Tyler, as he comforted her.
     "Evelyn that's enough. Not only did you refuse to apologise, you also made Little Snow cry. You're such a trouble maker" Tyler scolded her with an angry expression.
     "She's crying?,I thought she was letting out extra waste from her body or her eyes was sweating instead." Evelyn replied with all sincerity in her eyes.
     "Sister.... You really hurt my feelings. Apologise and I'll let it go. Please just say sorry and I'll let it go" she said looking extremely sad.
     "If you pay back your debt of a week ago, then I'll gladly apologize " she replied with a smile and sat down.
     "That ridiculous thing?. You wish!,Ava will do no such thing, she's not wrong " Tyler quickly said.
     "Then I have no business with you" she stood up and turned to leave but Ava stopped her.
     "I'll do the kowtow and call you grandfather. If that's what will make sister not mad at me anymore I'll do it. Just don't be mad at me anymore sister" Ava said and readied herself to do it.
     "Little Snow are you insane?. I say you're not doing it so you're not!"he declared as he glared at Even with hatred.
      "If you think doing this, acting tough will make me like you then you're wrong. My heart belongs to Ava, now and forever. Give up your little games and ....."be wanted to go on but a melodious laugh, that made the heart ticklish.
     Evelyn bent over and laughed, tears trickling down her face as she laughed. The way she laughed and cried was extremely dazzling. It was like time slowed down to show only her. 'What a beauty'.
     "I thought you were crazy earlier but now, you're insane. Your insanity is at it's peak. You think I'm playing hard to get?. Don't tell me you plan to homeschool your kids?, if genius can skip a generation your child will be exceptionally bright " Evelyn said with an incredulous expression.
    "You..... Take that back!" Tyler said, his face flushed red in embarrassment.
     "Sister, I don't like your words, they're too sharp for a lady. At least be delicate, it can keep your sponsporer by your side for a long time" Ava said haven stopped shedding tears.
      "Delicate?. By delicate, I should cling to a guy and she'd crocodile tears?. Or I should pout and act like I have no strength in me, and lean on my brother-in-law, or I should act like a Barbie doll,fake and brainless and trust me,you're not beautiful? Tell me, how delicate and pitiful should I act actually?"she questioned sharply as she sized the couples up and down.
     "Sister, I don't act like that. I don't shed crocodile tears. You really hurt me" she began sobbing once more.
     Anyone who saw this will think Evelyn was the bully. But if you count her past life, you'll see she deserves much worse, and she's just getting started. A slow painful death, that's what she'll give her.
     "Okay then,I hurt your feelings let me make amends" she said and stood up nearing them.
     "You're finally coming into your right senses. It's high time, but acting like this doesn't move" Tyler said and Evelyn had to bite her tongue to restrain herself from slapping his stupid face.
     Ava had her suspicions as she saw Evelyn approaching her. The Evelyn she knows would never agree to apologise to anyone so willingly. When Ava suddenly met Evelyn's eyes, she realised that it was a trick!.
     Someone who was apologetic wouldn't hold that bloodthirsty gaze. Evelyn's eyes still has that blood freezing coldness in it, but now it even carried bloodthirst.
     Evelyn sensing the change in Ava's behaviour took action. Her pupils dilated, and it shrank in, while a cold sweat tricked down her face. She was scared, which meant she had sensed the danger, so Evelyn took out her silver needle and pricked her ever so lightly.
     For the first 5 seconds, there was silence and nothing happened as her and Tyler was still too stunned to react.
     "Five.... Four ...... Three ..... Two...... One....... Action!"and Ava let out a terrifying scream as she completely broke down in tears.
     Her body shook and vibrated as she felt hot. Blood trickled down her nose as she scratched herself hysterically like an insane person.
     'Poison works wonders' she thought as she stared at Ava with a satisfied smirk on her face.
     "What did you do to little Snow?!" Tyler shouted and without warning, his hands connected to Evelyn's cheek.
     Tyler had slapped Evelyn with brute force, and she spat out blood. Her lips were tinted purple and black, mixed with blood. It swelled up instantly, making her face look a little weird.
     Although Ava felt immense pain, she was satisfied looking at Evelyn's swollen face. That bi**ch  won't be able to seduce men again for a very long time.
     Evelyn couldn't believe she allowed herself to be hit, what a grave mistake on her part. It wouldn't happen again.
     Evelyn eyes blazed with something that matched cruelty.Sge resembled a blood sucking demon at that moment, and certainly, his heart trembled with fear.
     Evelyn looked him square in his eyes before she held his hand in a tight grip and began crushing it under her hand with a satisfied smile, as a terrifying scream spread through the air. It was the most fearful scream anyone had ever heard in history.
     Ava who was in pain could only stare at Tyler too. Her body burned inside and out, as more blood came out of her nostrils, then her mouth. She was scared she was going to die so she grabbed Evelyn's leg desperately to plead for an antidote but what she didn't know was that the person breaking the bones in Tyler's hands wasn't Evelyn but something you'll call her dark side. It was a monster beyond reasoning, it wasn't human, Azura from the depths of hell.
     Evelyn's smile grew as she crushed his bones and heard his screams. She dug her nails in his hands and he began bleeding. Her blue eyes was tainted with a terrifying red as she took utmost pleasure in breaking someone's bones.
     "Sister please give me the antidote, I won't bother you again, please don't want to die. Let me and Brother Tyler go please" she was crying for real this time.
     "Evelyn please my hands, I beg you my hand!"he too was crying but their pleas fell on deaf hears. The person they were begging wasn't the least human anymore.
     "Evelyn, revenge is better served cold" a gentle voice broke through her subconscious. Yes!, it is better served cold!, so she snapped out of it.
     She let go of Tyler's hand in disgust then turned to the half dead Ava who had almost fainted from pain and fear.
     "It'll wear off in 6 hours, just endure it" she replied indifferently. She has the cure, but she'll never do it . Let her suffer for 6 hours, if her body can't take it, she as a high chance of going insane in less than six hours. But if she does survive, she'll make the dosage stronger next time.
     As she turned to leave them behind in their agony,Tyler stopped her.
     "Why did you finally agree?"he asked, his face red from all the crying.
     "Revenge is better served cold " she replied and sauntered off.
