Chapter 4:- Crybaby

     "Grandma" Evelyn called out in a sweet voice as she hugged her grandmother. The Old Lady never expected this type of warm welcome and was momentarily stunned for a while before hugging her back.
     "My beautiful granddaughter"she said gazing lovingly at her. Finally, her voice rang out and it was sickening to Evelyn's ears.
     "Sister"she called out and Evelyn raised her cold eyes to look at her and she almost fell on her knees in fear.
      "Welcome back we've been waiting for you"she managed to voice out with a forced smile and Evelyn snorted before hiding her disgust as Ava moved in for a hug.
     Immediately they hugged Evelyn screamed in pain which shocked Ava and she let her go suddenly which made her throw herself on the floor. Tears streamed down her eyes and she looked so pitiful it made everyone want to comfort her.
      " What did you do to her?" the Old Lady asked in anger as she pulled her into a hug.
      "I... I didn't...."Ava wanted to curse loudly, she was meant to be on the floor fake crying and accusing this country bumpkin of harming her but the bi**h really knows how to roleplay.
     'Damnit!' she exclaimed in her mind and under the urging of her mother she swallowed her anger and put on a fake smile.
     "I'm sorry I didn't know you were so fragile I apologise I'll be gentle next time"Ava apologised sincerely but inside she felt like shooting this bi**h dead.
      Evelyn was shocked by her performance. 'No wonder I fell victim of her trap. She really deserved last year award for the best female actress newcomer that she won. She might even win an Oscar award if she tried hard ' she thought but put on a fake smile as she wiped her tears. 
     "It's fine I'm sure sister didn't mean it don't be angry grandma it's not good for you health" she comforted.
     "Yuck! this is so cheesy. Stop being a crybaby. Sister clearly didn't use much force so why the tears?. Even my dolls have better strength and stamina than you " a little girls voice scolded. It was Alexia, Ava's younger sister and she was five now.
     'Alexia' Evelyn exclaimed in her mind. 'She was reborn! She really was' she thought and tears welled up in her eyes.
     Alexia stared irritatedly at Evelyn. She thought she'll be the girl that could finally take care of her father, mother, and elder sister but she was wrong and she hates been wrong. Who knew she placed her hope on a crybaby who was more fragile than glass.
