Quick note before we get into it... I do NOT promote underage drinking. Don't do that, lmao. This chapter is mostly to show the reader coming a little more out of her shell, so don't follow in (Y/n)'s footsteps lol.
SO, with that out of the way, let's talk about the storyline here.
Once Skypiea is officially over (which will be soon), up next we have the Naval fortress, which I have mixed feelings about writing for... but I'm thinking it'll be fun to explore some other character relationships with the crew, so who do we want to see more of in the next few chapters??
After that is the Foxy Pirate crew arc... and we'll deal with that when we get there lol.
Sorry for the long wait! Hope you enjoy <33

It had been a very enjoyable couple of hours since reuniting with everybody. The air seemed alive with excitement, with the flaming bonfire at my back, defending me against the cool night air with its heat. It was much colder during the nights in Skypiea compared to those of the sea below.
At this point I had lost Luffy to the compelling crowd of dancing figures behind us, Usopp and Chopper following behind him diligently, eager to get back to the fun they were having before my appearance. I only saw the frayed red ends of his shirt disappear into the mass of people. But, as the trio left, Robin, Nami, and Conis helped me to get caught up on all that had happened. Zoro seemed content to sit and drink while I honed into the conversation as best as possible, considering the distracting Sanji, who was causing a ruckus as he practically howled at all the women who had graced his presence. All of them ignored him, save for the one who finally invited him for a dance, and then he whizzed away.
They told me all about the battle between Luffy and Eneru, ending mostly one-sided with the captain's final blow (though I had already known about what had happened due to our soulmate connection, I let them continue anyway, as they seemed extremely thrilled to tell me). Shortly after, the celebrations began, and they had continued for over twenty-four hours now. Despite this, everyone still seemed so energetic and lively... What the hell was in the air up here?
As if to further prove my point, a loud cheering swelled in the middle of the chaos, initiating a thrumming chant that spurred everyone to begin some sort of synchronized dance around the fire. The roar of the sky-snake bellowed above them all, the once-terrifying creature baring a sharp-toothed grin as it too joined in the festivities.
I felt as if I had spoken to more people than I ever had in my entire life after that. There was Gan Fall, Wiper, the chief of his clan, a little girl named Aisa (who was very excited to speak with me, as she was a big fan of Luffy's), and so many more. Every few minutes somebody new would show up at the table with some sort of offering; mostly food, drink, or small treasure as a gift for helping to save Skypiea. Most of these I had politely declined, but anything that so much as glittered was swiftly snatched up by the redhead at my side, who ogled at the pieces with a drunken smile.
The girl giggles in the background, rubbing her cheek against the necklace that I had snagged for her in the snake's belly, and then suddenly a wooden cup is clattering on the table before me. The man who delivered the drink smiles brightly, bowing with a 'please enjoy this gift!' Before vanishing into the crowd.
Now unable to deny the beverage with his parting, I hesitantly reach a hand out and pluck it from its spot, lifting it to my eyes and nose to observe. A violet liquid flashed in the firelight, the sweet smell invading my senses. Though, it was underlined with something deeper, like the floral perfumes that you could always smell on the New York passerby; the ones who wore sharp heels and flowing blouses.
