Season 2 Episode 25: Return of the Overlord

Back at the camp, the Garmatron finally gets revealed
"Behold, my final gift to you. Garmatron!." The Overlord announced as Garmadon smiles
"It's...it's beautiful." Garmadon smiled as the Stone army returns
"We've retrieved your helmet and a prisoner, my Dark Lord." Kozu said as Nya is tied held captive
"You'll never get away with this! My friends will put a stop to you!." Nya yelled as Garmadon smiled
"Ah, my nephews little girlfriend, what a better gift to obtain, if there's any chance of turning him into my apprentice, I just got it." Garmadon laughed as Nya glared
"(Y/N) will never join you! He's too good for that!." Nya defended as Garmadon looked at her
"Red doesn't seem to be your colour." Garmadon said stuffing an apple in her mouth
"I think it's time we try in a darker shade. Hand me the Dark Matter. I believe we found our first test subject." Garmadon said as he starts pushing her head towards the Dark Matter, fear in her eyes as she slowly gets pushed towards it

Meanwhile the ninja go back to the bounty and find Dr Julien
"What was that sound? The horns?." Julien asked
"The Celestial Clock has reach zero. Garmadons ultimate weapon is now operational and the Final Battle between good and evil has all but begun." Wu explained
"Now Lloyd and (Y/N) must face Lord Garmadon." Miskao said
"But where's Nya?." Julien asked looking around
"She's been taken by the Overlord, but we'll get her back. At the moment, there are bigger things at stake, including all of Ninjago itself." Wu said
"I couldn't save her... I failed her." (Y/N) said looking down
"I know my sister, her beginning captured is though, but she's tougher. Tougher than most of us. We'll see her again." Kai explained
"Lloyd, (Y/N) your focus gives strength to invoking the power of the Golden and Purple Dragon. You both cannot lose faith now. Everything rests on your shoulders." Wu said
"But Sensei... you saw what happened when we tried to face my father. I-we froze. I can't-we can't fight him." Lloyd said
"Even I couldn't take the shot, I was ready, but that look, I just...I just couldn't do it." (Y/N) said
"You both must focus now, it is written in the scrolls, you have to defeat him no matter what." Wu said
"Remember, Lord Garmadon is just as scared." Miskao said
"Then the battle will be decided by who is willing to fight." Wu said as the ninja walked up
"You won't be alone. I'll be right behind you both. You have my Fire." Kai said activating his blade
"You have my Earth." Cole said walking up and activating his blade
"And my Ice." Zane said activating his blade
"And Lightning." Jay said activating his blade
"And you have me by your side to help you, you aren't alone in this Lloyd, this time, we're gonna be strong, strong together, just as destiny wanted it." (Y/N) said side hugging Lloyd who smiled
"What are we waiting for? Let's suit up." Lloyd said as they began training a little, (Y/N) and Lloyd nod at each other
"We're ready." Lloyd said as they run towards Garmadons camp
"Get down now." Lloyd said as they dropped to the ground
"Alright, this is our chance, let's not waste it." (Y/N) said
"They won't know what hit them." Kai said
"Time to chop wood." Jay said
"Ninja! Go!." They yelled breaking the gate to the camp, but they find it abandoned
"What the- what happened?." (Y/N) asked confused
"Uh, question is, where the heck is everybody?." Jay asked looking around
"Ugh, and here I was all ready to release the thunder." Cole groaned
"The ultimate weapon is gone. We're too late." Kai said looking around
"Nya? Nya!." Kai called out as the Falcon screeches
"My Falcon friend wants to show us something." Zane said as the Falcon shows them tracks from the Garmatron
"Woah. That's one big weapon." Lloyd said surprised
"Whatever this Ultimate Weapon is... it's not good." (Y/N) said
"It appears to be heading towards the coast." Zane said
"But why? Wouldn't he try to use it on us?." Lloyd asked
"Not on us. In Ninjago. Apart from my son, he always wanted to turn our world into his image. Now we know how it will be done." Wu said
"But if he starts turning things evil, the balance will shift and allow the Overlord to cross into our world." Miskao explained
"Then we have to make sure that my father never fires that weapon." Lloyd said as they began running towards the tracks, Zane noticed Julien panting
"Father!." Zane yelled worriedly
"You go on without me. I'm an inventor, not a fighter. I'll only get in the way." Julien said as Zane looked worried
"But what will you do?." Zane asked
"I'll be back at the bounty waiting for you to return in one piece. But don't worry, a part of me will always be with you." Julien said
"Be well, Father." Zane wished
"Be safe." Julien wished back as Zane catches up with the others
"Um, is anyone else thinking about how this might be our final fight together?." Jay asked
"Yeah." Kai responded
"Of course." Zane responded
"We've come a long way. It wasn't that long ago when Sensei first found us." Kai said thinking back on it
"Hey, you remember that time Kai thought he was the Green Ninja?." Jay asked as they laughed and Kai groaned
"That was quite the memory." Zane said
"He was so not." Cole laughed
"I told you guys it wasn't you four." (Y/N) chuckled as they ran
"Or what about when the Hypnobrai hypnotised Cole and we had to fight him?." Zane asked as they laughed
"We should've just kicked his butt." Kai laughed
"Ha. You had to destroy my treehouse." Lloyd said smirking
"Hey, it was that or your evil empire expanding." (Y/N) chuckled
"Or how about that time Sensei came out of the guts of the Devourers belly?." Zane asked as the ninja groaned
"Drinking tea?." Zane asked
"Man, I can't believe I almost lost you that day dad." (Y/N) said looking at Wu
"Yeah agreed, I thought he was a goner." Jay said as Wu hit him on the head with his staff
"Wrong again, Mr Emptyhead." Wu said as they saw someone run in-front of them
"Woah." Lloyd looked confused as they stopped running
"Something is wrong here." Cole said
"Did I just see..." Kai looked around
"I sense an evil presence." Zane said
"Keep guard guys." (Y/N) said as they looked around, hearing rustling
"Above us!." Wu yelled as someone used Spinjtizu on Cole
"Ow, my Jay! That hurt." Cole groaned
"Spinjtizu?." (Y/N) asked as he and Lloyd gets knocked off their feet
"Woah!." They yelled as they fell
"No one does that to the Green and Purple Ninja!." Kai yelled as the Spinjtizu stops revealing Nya corrupted by the Dark Matter
"Nya?." (Y/N) asked looking at her
"Nya!." Jay yelled
"That is no longer Nya." Wu said as she gets ready to fight
"What did he do to my sister?!." Kai yelled
"He must've used the ultimate weapon to turn her into his own evil image." Miskao explained as Nya growls
"Garmadon must have sent her to slow us down. We have to stop them from firing that weapon." Wu said
"What are we supposed to do? Use our Elemental Powers on her?." Cole asked
"No! Don't hurt her! She's not evil, she's corrupted!." (Y/N) yelled
"(Y/N)'s right! We just have to find a way to keep her from-
Kai gets hit by a flail and falls down
"Hurting us." Kai groaned
"Well, we should think of something before Garmadon fires that weapon." Zane said
"Lloyd, (Y/N) you both go up ahead with Sensei and Miskao, while we take care of Nya." Cole said
"But you said you'd always be behind me." Lloyd said worried
"We will be. We'll catch up as soon as we can." Kai explained
"And you won't be alone, let's do this." (Y/N) said as Jay gets hit by Nyas Spinjtizu
"Oof, that hurt." Jay groaned
"The ninja are right. We must go." Wu said
"We'll still be behind you both." Miskao said as they run off
"Together forever, let's do this." (Y/N) said as Lloyd nods
Meanwhile the ninja fight Nya, Cole grabs her flail
"Not so fast, sweetheart. This dance ain't over." Cole said as he swings the flail out of her grasp
"Triple Tiger Sashay!." Cole yelled trying to do it, only to be grabbed by Nya who knocks him into the others

The stone army reach the coast
"Ninjago is now within reach. Activate the weapon so all will know of your rule." The Overlord said
"But what about the Purple Ninja? You said you had a plan." Garmadon said looking at him
"In due time, now load up your cannon, open up your darkest dreams and make them a reality." The Overlord said as Garmadon laughs
"Yes. Load the cannon. Finally, my darkest dreams will now become reality." Garmadon said as he's about to fire the cannon, only to be stopped by the duo
"Father don't!." Lloyd yelled
"Leave it alone!." (Y/N) yelled as Garmadon looks at them
"Lloyd! (Y/N)!." Garmadon yelled
"What are you doing? Push the button!." The Overlord yelled
"So the balance has sent my son, my nephew, my brother, and my wife to try to stop Mr? It looks like my little surprise has kept the ninja busy." Garmadon said
"What did you do to her!?." (Y/N) yelled
"I'm sorry about your little Girlfriend (Y/N)! But when I destroy the light, you will be with her forever! You as my apprentice! We will rule all of Ninjago together!." Garmadon yelled
"I will never join you!." (Y/N) yelled
"And if you alter the balance, it will allow the Overlord to cross over." Miskao explained
"The balance will be destroyed, and we will all pay dearly." Wu explained
"Don't listen to them. They betrayed you." The Overlord yelled at Garmadon
"I don't want to fight you, both of us don't, but we will if we have to. This is about more than just us. This is about what is right." Lloyd said
"You can always change! Let us help you." (Y/N) said
"Don't you see? I will never do what's right. The evil in my blood can never go away, it has corrupted every ounce of my finer, every bone in my body. I cannot change! I am Lord Garmadon. Destiny took my family from me, and the only way for us to be together is to turn everything in this world into my image. Then you'll all see what I see, feel what I feel!." Garmadon yelled
"It is not too late." Miskao tried to reason
"You've made your decision and I have made mine." Garmadon said as he goes to press the button
"No!." They yelled
"Garmatron warming up. In T-minus 20...19...18...17
"Warming up? You could've warned me it had to warm up!." Garmadon yelled at the Overlord
"How could I? You were monologuing." The Overlord defended himself
"...16..."
"We have to get to the top and shut it off." Lloyd said as they ran to the Garmatron
"Stop them!." Garmadon ordered as the stone warriors go to attack them, Misako block the Garmatrons attacks
"Go!." Misako yelled to the duo
"...11...10...9...8..."
"Come on, come on, come on." Garmadon hurried the Garmatron
"...7..."
Lloyd and (Y/N) jumped onto the Garmatron
"No!." Garmadon yelled
"...6...5...4...3..."
The duo go to attack, but Kuzo pins them to the ground
"Got you!." Kozu yelled
"No!." (Y/N) yelled
"...2...1." The Garmatron fired a capsule of Dark Matter
"No!." Miskao yelled
"We're losing!." Lloyd yelled as Garmadon laughs
"I... win." Garmadon laughed as the middle lands in Ignacia
"The sky!." A village yelled as everyone screams and runs away, only to be corrupted
"Here we go again!." A man yelled as they get corrupted
"Again!." The Overlord yelled
"Again!." Garmadon ordered as the duo grunts
"The balance is shifting." Miskao said
"Lloyd! (Y/N)! You must focus and put a stop to this!." Wu yelled as they tried to channel their powers to destroy the Garmatron, only to be ejected out
"Woah!." They screamed as they get flung out
"You think you can stop me!?." Garmadon yelled as he launched another missile
"Our worst fears." Wu said

Nya meanwhile fights the ninja, she has Cole tangled in her flail
"This is not good!." Cole yelled
"We have to help them." Kai said referring to the others
"Tell that to your sister. It's four against one and I think she's winning!." Cole yelled
"Oh, I wish we had (Y/N) still, he could break it through to Nya!." Kai yelled
"Perhaps there is another way, maybe we can use our Elemental Powers without hurting her." Zane said as he cuts Cole's chain with his Elemental Blade
"I like it. Let's do it!." Cole said
"Cole, can you blind bet for a sec?." Jay asked
"Thanks to you, sure can." Cole said as he used dust and blow it into her eyes
"Augh! My eyes! I can't see!." Nya yelled
"Kai, quick, cut that tree!." Jay yelled
"No problem." Kai said as he cuts the tree with his Elemental Blade
"I know where you're heading." Zane said as he freezes the tree, trapping Nya in a ice dome
"Sorry sis! This club just became boys only." Kai said as they ran off

Meanwhile in Jamanakai village, the villagers scream and run as the Dark Matter missile hits the village and corrupts the people, the Overlord laughs
"We tried." Lloyd said
"I know." Wu said
"It is done. The balance has shifted." Miskao said as the Overlord kept laughing
"Stop laughing now! This is my victory! What's happening?." Garmadon asked
"You've helped offset the balance. Because of you, I can now cross over into your world. I'm finally free!." The Overlord laughed
"Wait a minute! You stole that from my playbook! Well, you can forget about it. Ninjago is mine!." Garmadon yelled
"No, it was never going to be yours. It is mine!." The Overlord yelled
"Wait a minute. This wasn't just for Garmadon... it was a trap!." (Y/N) came into realisation as Garmadon screams as a beam of light hits him, the other soon arrived
"Sorry we're late. Did we miss much?." Jay asked as he looked at Garmadon
"Holy unholy!." Jay yelled as Garmadon sees his hands turn into a claws
"What is happening to me?!." Garmadon yelled
"Are you scared?! I'm scared!." Jay yelled
"Something is very wrong here!." Garmadon yelled as the Overlord begins possessing Garmadon
"The Metamorphosis has begun!." The Overlord yelled
"Metamorphosis?! What does that mean?!." Kai yelled confused
"Metamorphosis is a biological process by which someone or something changes into something new." Zane explained
"Yeah, changes into something ugly." Cole said
"Father!." Lloyd yelled
"No, Lloyd. That is no longer your father." Wu said
"But what about the prophecy? It said we had to face my father." Lloyd said
"You both still do, but now the Overlord has possessed him. Unlike your father, the Overlord will show you both no mercy." Misako said
"You can do this guys." Kai said
"We're here and behind you both all the way." Jay said
"He's tough, but you're tougher together." Cole said
"But we have to act before his evil gets more powerful." Zane said as the Overlord laughs as the metamorphosis is completed
"They're right, we stronger together, let's win this." (Y/N) said
"Let's do this." Lloyd said as they run to attack his army, using their powers
"Ninja! Go!." They yelled
"Jay!." Wu yelled as he sees the Dark Matter Missile
"This one's out of the ballpark." Jay said as he hits the Dark Matter into the Endless sea
"See to it personally that the cannon is loaded!." The Overlord yelled at Kuzo who gets ready to attack the ninja
"Krata vu!." Kuzo yelled as he gets hit into the cannon
"Krata vu!." Kozu yelled as he gets launched out straight into Grand Sensei Dearth's Mojo Dojo, everyone laughs at him
"You just messed with the wrong dojo, mister." Dearth snapped his fingers
"Pupils, attack!." Dearth ordered as they run in and attack him
"Fine. I'll load it myself!." The Overlord yelled as
"Look out, Jay!." Kai yelled as he knocks a stone scout and takes control of the blaster
"Sorry, only two can dance this dance." Kai said
Lloyd and (Y/N) stand off to the Overlord
"This ends now!." Lloyd yelled
"Your reign of terror ends today!." (Y/N) yelled
"The Final Battle has begun." Miskao said
"Let's hope they're ready." Wu said
"All this time, everything has led to this." Lloyd said
"Stupid boys, I've been planning this for thousands of years." The Overlord said
"Eat Green and Purple!." Lloyd yelled as they blasted at the Overlord who blasted back
"Show him guys!." Cole cheered
They continued to blast each other, until the duo blasts the Overlord into the jungle
"Yes!." Jay cheered only for the Overlord to return unharmed
"No!." Jay yelled
"The battle for good and evil. I can do this for eternity, but can you both? Your friends can't help you both now. You are all alone." The Overlord said
"No! As long as we have each other! Nothing can stop us!." (Y/N) yelled
"My father is still inside of you! He will fight with us!." Lloyd yelled as Garmadon fights the possession
"Lloyd! (Y/N)! Stay strong!." Garmadon yelled
"Fool! You two cannot defeat me!." The Overlord yelled taking control again
"We can try! Fight father!." Lloyd yelled
"Fight uncle!." (Y/N) yelled
"Lloyd! (Y/N)!." Garmadon yelled as he takes control said before losing it
"Fight him!." They yelled
"They are the Green and Purple Ninja." Kai said watching the fighting battle
"You will not... take..." Garmadon tried to break the possession
"Fight him!." They yelled again
.... My son! Or nephew!." Garmadon yelled as the Overlord glitched out with him as they fight for control
"Your father and uncle is... gone!." The Overlord yelled as he overtakes Garmadon and blasted the duo back, he then throws Lloyd and (Y/N) away in a purple bubble
"Nonononononoononono!." Jay yelled
"Lloyd!." Misako yelled
"(Y/N)!." Wu yelled
The Overlord laughs and (Y/N) weakly gets up
"You stand strong Purple Ninja, you are as strong as you look." The Overlord said as (Y/N) looked at Lloyd before glaring at the Overlord
"You'll pay!." (Y/N) yelled as he went to attack to Overlord with his powers, the Overlord fights back
"You won't win! I won't let you!." (Y/N) yelled as the Overlord laughs
"You haven't figured it out yet? Have you?." The Overlord asked as (Y/N) glared
"What are you talking about?." (Y/N) asked as everyone watched
"Your powers? Haven't you guessed? We share the same powers." The Overlord said as (Y/N) looked confused
"What are you getting at?." (Y/N) asked as the Overlord laughed
"Boy... I created you!." The Overlord yelled much to everyone's surprise
"What?." (Y/N) asked
"What!?." The ninja yelled
"I created you, to be the perfect replacement for me! You were meant to rule by my side! Not Garmadons! And now that we have the powers to do so, you will help me!." The overlord yelled as he overpowers (Y/N) and captured him in the same purple bubble again, he then jumps onto the Garmatron again as he loads a missile to the Green Ninja
"You were always so... green." The Overlord said as he fires it at them, only for Dr Julien to pilot the Bounty and save them, unfortunately it destroys the bounty, he jumps off before it could affect them
"Enough! We don't need to waste our time pestering! We have what I want! We'll go to Ninjago city to finish this once and for all!." The Overlord yelled as the army runs to a vortex that opens
"If they leave, that means we'll be stuck here with no way to get back! Get to the vortex now!." Kai yelled as they run to it
"Bye! Bye! Forever!." Nya yelled as she hopped onto the Garmatron
"Dad!." (Y/N) yelled as Wu watched him go in fear
"Son..." Wu looked down as Kai tries to jump through only for it to close 
"Nooooooo!." Kai yelled on his knees
"Did... I... did we win?." Lloyd asked sitting up
"No, but you're alive". Wu said sadly
"Where's (Y/N)?." Lloyd asked as he tries to walk, only to fall over
"He...he's...
"He's gone!." Kai yelled sadly
"What happened?." Lloyd asked as Wu helped him up
"The Overlord...took him." Jay said sadly
"Why? I thought only my dad wanted him?." Lloyd asked confused
"The Overlord, he... he created (Y/N)..." Cole said much to Lloyd's surprise
"What?." Lloyd asked
"He created (Y/N) to be the replacement for himself." Miskao said
"I can't believe we trusted him! All this time, we've been living with a creation of pure evil this entire time!." Jay yelled as he threw a stone into the water before sighing
"But, (Y/N) is our friend. He's been with us for as long as I can remember, he has never done anything evil." Lloyd said as they all looked down,  Lloyd then hopped over to a piece of the bounty and picked it up 
"The symbol for destiny. Destiny showed us who was stronger today. But destiny also wanted us around to fight another day. We may have lost (Y/N), but we didn't lose the battle. We will get (Y/N) back and we will fight back stronger." Lloyd said looking at them
"But how? The Overlord has (Y/N), if there was any chance of us getting him back are now slim to none, what do want us to do?." Cole asked
"We'll figure something out soon, hopefully." Lloyd said looking out to the ocean
