Season 3 Episode 33: The Void

Inside the rocket ship, the ninja float around
"Is this the greatest thing ever or what?." Jay asked floating around
"Where are you? We're trapped in space and you... where did you go?." Kai asked floating around
"This is awesome!." (Y/N) laughed floating around
"Guys, we're in space. I thought this is stuff only Fritz Donnegan gets to enjoy." Jay chuckled
"Fritz is from a comic book, dude. This is real!." Lloyd explained
"Well, you got me hooked on the character. Would you lighten up and not strop on your dreams of being a real Starfare just yet?." Jay asked
"We have to find a way to take control of the ship. If they get the Golden Weapons back to the Overlord, Ninjago doesn't stand much of a chance." Lloyd explained as Kai bumps into him
"Woah!." Lloyd yelled
"Well, how are we going to get out there Lloyd? There's only one way, and that's the airlock." (Y/N) said
"And if my memory banks serve correct, space has a way of taking one's breath away, in the negative sense." Zane explained

Meanwhile on the rocket, the Nindroids pilot the ship
"Delta V guidance. Data point zero thirty. Initiate auto sequencing." Cryptor ordered as Min-Droid sets a timer for five minutes
Meanwhile with the ninja
"Enjoy it, while you can Jay, because in five minutes, the entire ship is scheduled to lighten up. The supplemental boosters are set to detach." Zane said
"Uh, I'm a ninja, not an astronaut. What does that mean?." Kai asked
"It means where we are currently floating will no longer be apart of the ship, meaning we're gonna be stuck in space if we don't escape." (Y/N) explained as Nya, Wu, Garmadon and PIXAL appeared on screen
"Hello? Kai? Anyone? Can you read me?." Nya asked
"We read you loud and clear." Kai said
"They're alive! They're alive." Garmadon said
"Woah! Yes!." Nya cheered
"Good to hear you boys. We're going to get you home safe. PIXAL was able to find the blueprints for the rocket. You need to escape the cargo hold before it's too late. Bear the front of the ship is an A2 storage compartment. Inside are emergency spacesuits." Wu explained
"That will be a doozy. We can't get the spacesuits unless we go outside. Problem is, we can't go outside without the spacesuits. Any other suggestions?." Cole asked
"They are completely out of their element. Even if they get through this, what chance do we have of getting them home?." Garmadon whispered to the others covering his mic
"Uh, we can still hear you." Kai said
"Yeah, we could really use some encouraging words right about now." Lloyd said
"If you cannot change your circumstances, change yourself." Wu said as everyone thought about it
"Hm, can anyone else figure that one out?." Kai asked
"It'll probably come to us sooner or later, it usually does, just give it some time." (Y/N) said
"But that's the problem, we don't really have much time." Jay said worriedly
"Zane, you're the only one who can survive outside the ship." PIXAL said
"She's right. I'm the only one who doesn't need oxygen. I must go alone." Zane said
"Go get em Zane." Kai said as Zane quickly leaves, he grunts as he almost gets blown away
"Approaching comet. Prepare yourself disengage supplemental boosters." Cryptor said as Zane slips for the ship
"Aah! No! No! No! No! Come on Zane. You can do this. You can get back. Ice!." Zane yelled using his ice to get back to the ship, he then enters the password and enters the ship, he then finds the spacesuits
"Come on Zane. Where are you?." Lloyd asked worriedly
"Booster separation on my command. Five, four, three, two, disengage." Cryptor said as the boosters fall off, but the ninja made it on the rocket
"We made it!." Lloyd cheered as Garmadon, Wu, PIXAL and Nya cheers
"Yeah! All right! Yay!." Nya cheered
"Zane really came in clutch there." (Y/N) sighed in relief
"And because of that, now we can stay on this ride a bit longer." Lloyd said
"Alright, to commandeer the ship, you have to get to the cockpit. You'll find an access hatch just ahead of you." Nya explained
"You know what's also ahead? A desolate void of nothingness. If any one of us falls off..." Cole said
"We'll take it slow. Together." Kai said as they scream as the ship briefly accelerates
"I can't wait to see the expressions on the faces of those metal chrome domes when they find out we stowed away onboard." Jay said chuckling
"They're Nindroids, nimrod, they don't have expressions." Cole reminded
"Oh, yeah." Jay said as Cryptor hears them and grunts
"Well, Zane has expressions." Jay said
"That's cause he doesn't have a mask attached to his head, unlike those tin-cans down there who only serve one purpose." (Y/N) said
"Do we really have to go over this right now?." Kai asked
"It's just so quiet, I'm only trying to fill the space. Get it? Space." Jay laughs
"Get rid of them." Cryptor ordered as he brings up a communication device
"The ninja have stowed away." Cryptor said 
"Stay the course for the Golden Weapons. They must be getting help. We'll track down who's aiding them." Pythor said as the Nindroids climbed above the rocket
"So much for our surprise attack. Look out!." Cole yelled as the Nindroids laugh as they fired at them, Jay managed to steal one of their weapons and fights back, the others cheer for him
"Wow! Cool!." Lloyd yelled
"Alright!." Cole cheered
"Show them Jay!." (Y/N) yelled as he fired along side Jay with his powers, knocking some of the Nindroids off the rocket
"Yeah! Let's do this (Y/N)! Like the old days!." Jay yelled as they attacked together
"Fear isn't a word where we come from!." Jay and (Y/N) yelled as they kept attacking
"Oh man. I'm sorry for introducing them to that." Lloyd apologised to the others
"Don't be. If we can't change our circumstances, that's one way to change yourself. Fire!." Kai yelled firing at the Nindroids
"Hope we don't need that." Cole said
"Ice!." Zane yelled firing ice at the Nindroids
"Ninja!- uh oh! Ahh!." Cole yelled as he floated away, failing to do Spinjtizu
"Cole!." Kai yelled
"Guys! A little help, please?." Cole asked
"We can't use our Spinjtizu in zero gravity. There's too little resistance." Zane explained
"Too little? I'd say the resistance is a bit more than we can handle at the moment." Lloyd said
"Well then, let us even the odds." (Y/N) said as he sends a massive purple orb at the Nindroids who either dodged or got hit
"HEEEELLLPPPPPP!." Cole screamed
"Jay! Don't let Cole get away!." Kai yelled as Jay ignored, Kai sighed
"Ugh! Fritz! Save him!." Kai yelled as Jay nodded
"I'm on it, Commander Kiflin. I just blew you away. Haha." Jay laughed
"Help!." Cole yelled as the boosters activated leaving Cole behind
"Fritz Donnegan to the rescue!." Jay yelled as he grabs a rope and goes after Cole
"HELLLPPPPPP!." Cole screamed
"Gotcha! Next time, don't get carried away." Jay said grabbing Cole
"Ah, thanks. I owe you one." Cole thanked
"Fritz Donnegan marathon with (Y/N) and Lloyd?." Jay asked
"Maybe, I'll think about it." Cole said as they approached the comet
"The Golden Weapons. Prepare for entry, but take us through the comets tail." Cryptor ordered
"General, the comets letting off a high volume of debris." A Nindroid said
"Do it!." Cryptor yelled
"You are almost to the cockpit. Just make sure to continue your course. And focus on the task ahead." Wu said but the ninja started getting interference
"Sensei? I'm getting interference. I can't hear you." Kai said
"Gah, the comet must be preventing our communications back home." (Y/N) said
"Asteroids." Zane said as they saw some approaching
"Cryptora steering us into the tail of the comet. Find cover!." Kai yelled as an asteroid breaks off their cover
"Cover? What cover?." Cole asked as some Nindroids go inside while the rest huddle in fear
"Hey! Haha! They do have expressions." Jay laughed as an asteroid hits more of them
"Never mind." Jay said as more approached
"Great, just our luck, hang on everyone!." (Y/N) yelled as he blasted some of the asteroids back

Meanwhile on Earth, the others realise the ninja can't hear them
"They can't hear us because of the asteroid shower." Wu said
"They must be preparing to land." PIXAL concluded
"But we have to warn them about what else is on that comet." Garmadon said
"Uh, yeah, we're not alone either." Nya said as Pythor, the Overlord and Overborg break into Borg Tower with some Nindroids
"The transmissions are coming from here." Pythor said
"Seize the entire building. This place will play a crucial role to our greater agenda once they return with the Golden Weapons." The Overlord said
"Do it!." Pythor ordered the Nindroids and Overborg
"We must go." Wu said
"But we have to warn them. We can't just leave them without telling them what else is out there." Garmadon said
"Grab everything you can." Wu ordered as they did so
"This way." Nya nodded towards a hole in the window

The ninja meanwhile are about to land
"Looks like we're coming in hot." Kai said as Lloyd loses grip
"Lloyd!." Jay yelled as they form a chain to catch him
"Hold on!." Cole yelled

Meanwhile Pythor reaches the top floor
"Huh, the cowards have fled." Pythor said looking around
"But Arcturus has landed. Prepare the factory. The Golden Master will rise on their return!." The Overlord announced
"Yet, this is half of the plan? How is the Purple Ninja connected to this now?." Pythor asked
"When I take over, he will be made back to how he should be, unfortunately if that means he won't be there at the beginning of my take over." The Overlord said
"Very well then, I know better then to question your logic my liege." Pythor said as the others hid on a window cleaning platform
"He's vulnerable. We must fight him now." Garmadon said
"No. Not until we get the ninja home safe. We must get back in contact. We need to find somewhere we can't be found." Wu said as the Overborg hears them
"I know just the place." Garmadon said as the Overborg uses his eye master to cut the rope to the platform
"They found he. Don't lose those computer components. We need them all." Nya said as the platform starts breaking
"Hurry. Use our momentum. Together. Now!." Wu yelled as they jump, Wu almost misses but Garmadon saves him
"I've got you brother." Garmadon said as they were trapped
"Great. Now we'll never get out of here." Nya said
"Leave that to me." PIXAL said
"Get them you imbeciles!." Pythor yelled as the Nindroids approached them, PIXAL summons a Hover-copter
"Good thinking! You're still linked into the security forces." Nya smiled as they hopped on
"Now, let's get out of here." PIXAL said as they flew off
"I hope the city can survive without us." Garmadon hopped
"So too the ninja, I pray." Wu said hopeful

Meanwhile on the comet, the ninja get up to a slightly damaged ship
"Ha! We survived!." Jay cheered
"Nya, are you there? Dad? Wu? Anyone?." Lloyd asked
"The connection must've gotten lost during the crash." (Y/N) said
"They're all gone." Zane said as they noticed the Nindroids weren't around
"They must have already left for the weapons. Quick, let's take the ship before they get back." Jay said running inside, only to find the key missing
"Argh! They took the launch key." Jay groaned
"Are you telling me this entire ship starts up with a simple little key?." Kai asked
"It appears so." (Y/N) said
"Come on, tell me one of you knows how to hot wire this thing?." Cole asked asked
"Hey, guys. Come and see this! They took the lunar rovers. Looks like they left tracks to follow." Lloyd said as they get on the last rover and drove off
"Argh! Move your gas tank, I can't see." Jay groaned
"Ugh, your blaster is in my rib." Kai groaned
"Ugh, that's not a blaster, that's my leg." Jay groaned
"Zane, you're squeezing my arm." Cole groaned
"I thought that was the accelerator." Zane clarified
"Zane, can you get your foot off mine?." (Y/N) groaned
"I thought that was the pedal." Zane said

The ninja then make it to a cave and hide behind a boulder
"This must be where the Golden Weapons landed." Kai said as they noticed a golden glow
"There's the weapons." Cole said
"And there's the key." Kai said spotting it on Cryptor
"Shiny." A Nindroid said as he reaches towards it
"No, don't." Cryptor warned to late as the Nindroid gets disintegrated, they back away
"Only the Overlord can withstand the power of all the weapons combined. No one directly touches it." Cryptor ordered
"Yep, those are the Golden Weapons." (Y/N) said as a beetle climbs on Zane's hand
"Hello there, little friend." Zane greeted
"Oh, would you look at that? Can you believe it? It's an extraterrestrial life form." Jay said wowed
"It's a big. And it's not what's important right now." Cole said
"Oh, there's so much we could learn from it. So much we could teach it. I'm gonna call him Glowie." Jay named as Glowie flies
"Oh look, Glowie can fly, how cute." Jay said as Wu came back static
"You just not disturb the alien life. They are very dangerous. Can you hear me?." Wu asked
"I couldn't make that out sense. What did you say?." Kai asked
"The alien life. They're very dangerous." Wu said
"A few years ago scientists studied a meteorite that had fallen to Ninjago. It mostly came from the same comet you're on. Inside the meteorite, there were fossilised remains of some kind of parasite that feeds on metal alloys." Nya explained
"They tickle." Zane said as he and Jay get covered in them and laugh
"Silly Glowie." Jay laughed as a beetle bites Zane
"Ow." Zane groaned
"Do you hear me? Whatever you do, don't come in contact with the parasites. They eat through metal!." Nya yelled
"Argh! They're eating through my exoskeleton!." Zane yelled
"Bad Glowie! Bad!." Jay yelled as they scream, revealing their hiding spot
"They're on me too!." Kai yelled swatting them away
"They're everywhere!." Jay yelled
"The gold must remain intact. Back to the ship!." Cryptor ordered as the tie up the gold with a next
"They're getting away!." (Y/N) yelled
"What do we do? Any ideas guys?." Zane asked
"Space. Why did we come to space? If I could change my circumstance, I'd change everything coming here in the first place." Cole said as Lloyd gets an idea of
"If you can't change your circumstances, change your mind." Lloyd quoted
"Now's not the time to be quoting Wu." Jay said still swatting
"No, I finally see what he means. This is just like the Starteeth. Come on, I've got an idea." Lloyd said as they get back on the rover and chase the Nindroids while the beetles follow them
"You better have a good idea Lloyd!." (Y/N) yelled as they drove
"I do, you just gotta trust me!." Lloyd yelled as the Nindroids spotted the ninja
"Ninja!." A Nindroid yelled
"Get them!." Cryptor yelled
"Sensei meant instead of focusing on how wrong things are, focus on what's right. We have to think positive. Those parasites aren't just a menace, they're a weapon. Attack!." Lloyd yelled as the beetles distract the Nindroids, destroying some of their rovers
"Go!." Cryptor yelled at a Nindroid who whimpered
"What?." Cryptor asked as he kicks the Nindroid off and takes the wheel
"Now, let's go get that launch key." Kai said
"Ninja! Go!." They yelled as they attack some Nindroids, (Y/N) destroys more of their rovers with his powers
"Ice!." Zane yelled freezing some of the Nindroids
"Hello." Cole said attacking
"Ninja! Go!." Kai yelled as Cryptors river gets knocked over as he steals the key
"You can keep your gold, I got it! Let's get outta here. Ninja! Go!." Kai yelled as he gets back on their rover, they cheer
"NINJA!." Cryptor yelled as they drove away
"We're home free!." Jay cheered as they head back to the rocket, only to find it swarming with beetles and the rocket is revealed to be destroyed
"The rocket. It's... destroyed." Lloyd said
"No...." (Y/N) fell to his knees
"Then how are we gonna get home?." Jay asked
"There's no way back." Cole said as the Nindroids laugh, they look at them
"You're not the only ones who can adapt! So long, ninja!." Cryptor yelled as they activated their rocket boosters to carry the gold back to Ninjago
"No." Lloyd said
"No!." (Y/N) tried to fire at them, to no avail
"They got away. We failed. I repeat, they got the Golden Weapons." Kai reported into the others
"Are you on the rocket? Can you stop them?." Nya asked
"No. The ship is destroyed. We're not coming home." Kai said sadly
"We failed, Ninjago has fallen, and the Golden Master has finally come to be." (Y/N) said sadly as they stare at the destroyed rocket
