Paper Raincoat Girl - Little Sea

-----

Luke panicked. "Tamsyn, please get out of here." He stressed as he pulled her out of reach of the men and up onto a nearby roof.

"No way, I'm not leaving you here to fight these guys by yourself, that's suicidal. I want to help." She argued.

Luke sighed, he didn't know what to do. He had many options. One was to take Tamsyn and get her back to halls himself, but he knew that he wouldn't be able to track down these men again. Another option was to make Tamsyn leave so he could fight them whilst she was out of harms way, but he didn't see another way for her to get home other than by rooftop, and there was no way she could manage that, besides even if she could get away it wasn't very safe for her to go strolling the streets of London by herself.

He was left with a third, final option. "Okay, this is the deal. You stay right here." Luke explained, indicating the rooftop they were on. "Phone the police, explain what is happening, get them here as soon as possible."

Tamsyn still looked uncomfortable with her instructions. "I'm not really going to be much of a help from up here am I?" She said, folding her arms.

"Yes but you'll be safe." Luke firmly stated, he wasn't going to argue with her about this.

Tamsyn watched Luke as he pulled his shirt over his head and shimmied out of his extremely tight jeans to reveal the red and blue patterned outfit. He reached down to where his clothes had dumped on the floor and fumbled around, pulling his mask from his pocket. When he looked up Tamsyn was still glaring at him

"Phone the police. Now." He ordered. She obliged, pulling out her phone. Luke watched as she dialed 999 as he placed a kiss on her forehead. He yanked his mask over his head as he heard the voice of the operator on the other end of the line.

"Emergency - Which service do you require?" Luke heard as he hurled himself over the edge of the building.

The men quickly rushed towards him, leering at him.

"I don't know why you bother with that stupid outfit." Guy number one taunted. "We know exactly who you are, Luke Hemmings. And your little friend Tammy up there. We've been watching you."

Luke tried to not let them get to him, but it was unnerving to find out that they had been keeping tabs on him, knew his identity, and especially that they knew who Tamsyn was.

"What do you want from me?" He asked angrily.

"We want to be like you. Tell us how you got your powers and we'll leave you and Tamsyn be."

"Well I can't do that, so now what?" Luke spat.

"We kill you." Guy number two said simply, shrugging his shoulders. "Both of you."

Luke glanced up to where he left Tamsyn, planning on giving her a signal to get as far away as possible. But she wouldn't catch his eye. She was fiercely glaring at the men, not looking scared at all, even though they had just threatened to kill her.

In the split seconds that Luke moved his concentration away from the men, they took their opportunity. Luke was glad that his adrenaline had kicked in as the first punch hit right where he had broken his ribs the night previous.

He recovered quickly, holding his ground despite his injuries. He was able to match them move for move, blocking punches and kicks with the aid of his webs.

Tamsyn watched nervously from the rooftop. She paced back and forth, unable to keep still. She had managed to call the police and they were on their way and now she felt useless, flinching every time one of the men broke through and was able to punch Luke.
