Luke had apologised to Tamsyn the day after he had annoyed her by siding with Spider-Man.

"Look, I'm sorry about last night." He had said. "It really wasn't any of my business."

"Don't worry, I'm over it." Tamsyn had replied simply. Luke had been in a state of disbelief. She was definitely not 'over it' the night previous when he had spoken to her. Yet here she was less than twelve hours later, completely fine.

"Okay, If you're sure." Luke had said uncertainly, Tamsyn shrugged and nodded to reassure him that she was and proceeded to change the topic of conversation to the new Twenty One Pilots album.

The following week Luke's flat was invited to the party Tamsyn had half-organised with Ashton and Calum. It was being held in her flat, despite the fact that she wasn't entirely keen on attending the party herself. She was getting anxious about exams.

Luke was only going for two reasons, the first being that he assumed Tamsyn would be there, he wasn't aware that she was going to hide in her room all night, the second was the peer pressure put on him from his flatmates.

"You have to come Luke, seriously, you haven't been out with us for months. Tell him Ashton." Demanded Lauren, she was set on making Luke go to this party.

Ashton lazily looked up from his phone. "What she said, dude." He remarked, probably not even aware of the topic of conversation.

"I never said I wasn't going." Luke said, holding up his hands in defense. They had only just finished sorting out the details of the party and his flatmates had already started to attack him.

"Oh..." Lauren replied, taken aback. "It's just every other time you've declined before we've even had a chance to ask you."

"I know, I'm sorry, I'll go to this one, I promise."

By Friday night, the night of the party, Luke had really become hyped up. It was all his flatmates would talk about, and as he hadn't been out in such a long time he was really looking forward to just letting loose.

It didn't take Luke long to get ready. The party didn't start until ten, so he quickly showered at nine. He put on his usual skinny jeans and a flannel shirt over a band tee. Luke put on some aftershave and his black converse before going into the kitchen where the rest of his flatmates were waiting.

"Ooh you smell good Luke." Said Chloe as he stood next to her, grabbing a bag of crisps to eat.
