ITS BEEN ALREADY TWO WEEKS since the start of the semester, and four weeks since all the girls met. The girls come over to Gabbie and Sterling's almost everyday, making them and Sterling have created a friendship in a such short time. Every single girl from the Iowa Women's Basketball Team considers Sterling as a close friend and vice versa.
Sterling was at the airport, because she had planed to fly to Houston to surprise Theo, because it was his 22 birthday tomorrow. Doing long distance is so hard but they already made it work for 3 years. Having a long-distance relationship is putting all your trust into your partner, Sterling trusted Theo blindly because in all the years they have been together, he has never given her reasons to not trust him.
Likewise, the brunette made this trip because lately they had been somewhat distant, so Sterling thought that buying a flight to see him for his birthday would solve it, because for her, he has been distant because Theo missed her.
Her flight was at five pm, so she would land at Houston at eleven pm, Sterling would stay in a hotel until tomorrow morning and then she would go to Theo's dorm and surprise him.
After dropping Sterling off at the airport Gabbie returned home, she turned on the TV so she can watch some Criminal Minds while waiting for her food to arrive. The door opened and Caitlin, Kylie and Kate walked into the dorm.
"Hi pretty girl" Kylie said to Gabbie.
"Hey Star's car is here, is she home?" Kate asked, she was so excited to see the brunette so she could tell her about her day at the hospital. It was now Kate's routine, after a long day she asked Sterling how her day went at the hospital.
"Nope, i just dropped her off at the airport" Gabbie answered.
"Why?" Kate looked at the curly haired girl with some sort of confusion and worry in her voice. "Something bad happened at her house?"
"No, she went to visit Theo at Rice, he's birthday is tomorrow " Gabbie said without taking her eyes off the TV.
"Ow" Kate pout. Caitlin saw the blonde with a curious look.
"Why did you that face?" she asked. "When Gabbie told you that she went to visit Theo" Caitlin questioned the blonde it seemed to her so strange that Martin was so worried about the green-eyed girl, and when she heard the name of Sterling's boyfriend she rolled her eyes.
"Caitlin's in her delulu era" Kate said with a nervous laugh, Kylie and Gabbie turn to see the blonde.
"You are. Do you like her?" The hawkeyes star gave her friend a mockery smile.
