Third-person pov:

Vito and Adaliah are now lying on the living room couch upside down watching Moana's movie on the big screen all serious. Klaus walked downstairs in his black suit and a laptop bag in his hand while he was talking on the call walking down the stairs.

Both Adaliah and Vito turn their gazes at Klaus and roll their eyes turning their eyes back to the screen. Klaus walked towards them sliding his phone back into his pocket and leaned down when he was near their faces. He kissed both of their foreheads saying: "Take care and don't step into the kitchen"

Vito said smiling at him: "Okie, take care, love you"

Adaliah smiled brightly showing her boxy smile: "Take care, I like you"

Klaus nodded at them and walked out of the house running a hand through his messy curls which looked good even in n messy state. Klaus nodded at Alex who said nodding back holding the door open of the car for him: "I will keep an eye on them"

Klaus sat inside the car and put the bah next to himself then turned back to Alex with a stern look: "Gave us a call if something happened"

Alex bowed down in respect and the car drove off out of the driveway of the house. Vito huffed loudly sitting up straight: "You hungry?"

Adaliah shrugged mumbling: "kinda"

Vito said rubbing his hands together: "Let's cook some popcorn"

Adaliah eyes twinkled with happiness as she immediately sat up straight almost falling from the couch making Vito laugh at her eagerness. Vito cracked his back and neck as Adaliah did the same and they both walked towards the kitchen after pausing their movie to get some popcorn.

Faye saw them as she was cleaning up the kitchen after the morning breakfast Vito and Adaliah walked into the kitchen making her gasp. Vito said in a cold tone: "you can leave, Fate?"

Adaliah exclaimed with an exhausted sigh leaving her lips: "Her name is Faye, Vi Vi"

Vito shrugged casually walking towards the cabinet: "So what?"

Adaliah tried to roll her eyes at this but ended up making some weird faces making Faye crack a nervous smile. Vito said clapping his hands together: "C'mon my almost human-looking angel child"

Adaliah ordered as another loud sigh left her lips: "Sit me up, Vi Vi"

Vito bent down to her level and extended his hands in a manner to hold her waist then looked into her beautiful brown eyes for permission. Adaliah gave her consent with a small nod of her head and Vito picked her up by her waist and sat her down on the counter. Vito said folding his sleeves to his elbows: "I like the spicy popcorn, and you?"

Adaliah yawned covering her mouth and babbling: "I same"

He chuckled lightly at her face and Faye was waiting outside the kitchen to help if they needed. He grabbed the pack and Adaliah's eyes landed on his veiny arms as the veins of his tanned brown skin looked so beautiful in her eyes. Adaliah looked at his bicep flexing around the shirt making it tighten. Adaliah gasped out loud: "Woah"
