Diaz's siblings were in the car driving to the beach to spend their day and there was also a fair in the evening just a few minutes away from the beach so they spent their evening at the fair then had dinner and went back home.

Klaus asked the Black family to join them but they all had already had plans for family dinner with their grandfather so they couldn't.

Lilah was super excited when she heard about going to the beach but her small heart shattered into pieces when Levi told them that they couldn't join them.

Levi made her understand that they will plan a beach visit with Diaz's siblings soon. Aries was ready to get her to the beach but she wanna go with her girlfriend so he sighed promising her to make plans for the beach visit to their beach house.

Adaliah yawned saying: "I'm tired"

She saw Ezra staring out of the window while others were talking so she asked getting her attention: "When are you gonna start working on your book again?"

Adaliah watched him with soft eyes as he turned back to look at her and smiled sweetly: "When we go back from the vacation?"

Adaliah snuggled into his side wrapping her arms around his bicep and whispering: "you no look okay"

Ezra looked away from her warm brown eyes staring up at him with those unspoken questions he never wanted to answer anyone. It's difficult for her to open up to anyone especially because from where she came from whatever she is hiding will give her another traumatic thing to be scared of.

Ezra never talked about that night when he ran away from home to kill himself and Vito came behind to get him back because he was the only one who saw him leaving the house.

Ezra regrets his decision to run away that night, even though he didn't run away Vito wouldn't have been kidnapped by some creeps.

If he hadn't left the house, Vito wouldn't have to sexually abused by those creeps. Vito doesn't remember most of those memories because he hit his head trying to fight those 8 men and he was subconscious. He does know what was happening to him but he couldn't fight them.

Ezra tried stopping them but he couldn't because of his injuries and he blamed himself for what happened to Vito that night.

But none of the Diaz siblings know that something happened that night that Ezra never talked about. He never takes his mask off.

Adaliah called out in her gentle tone making him pull out of the painful memories which are like a running movie in his head. He couldn't push those memories away and after Adaliah went missing that day, Ezra became more scared because she was also from the same place as them.

Most people don't know about her being a prostitute daughter but one of the few people who know about her can try to hurt her as they do to Vito, their other brothers, and her mother. He can't risk Adaliah getting hurt.

Adaliah is his previous chipmunk and he will never let anyone hurt her. His thoughts start getting darker and self-harmed once again but he is pulled out of hos dark thoughts by Adaliah who shakes his arm: "Ezy?"

Ezra took a deep breath to calm his racing heart and the fake charming smile returning to his face as he spoke: "Yes My sweet little chipmunk"

Adaliah narrowed her eyebrows slightly and watched him carefully making his smile wavered a bit and she knew it was not his actual smile.
