Chapter Sixty-Three

Ezra helped her back in the car and she laughed heartly: "I love rain"

Ezra smiled back wiping her face with his sleeves: "I love you"

Those words warmed both of their hearts, as she smiled softly and Alex who just witnessed Ezra confessing his love for the first in his whole life to someone. Ezra said softly: "Let's go Al"

After Alex pulled out of his shocked state and started his drive towards the mansion as Ezra was busy typing furiously on his phone with a blank look on his face.

He kept glancing at her from time to time and then saw her shivering as her long white T-shirt was all wet due to the rain. Her hair is soaked up. She is hugging herself as her eyes are dropping.

Ezra ordered peeking at Alex through the rare view mirror: "Enciende el calor (turn on the heat)"

Alex nod taking a small glimpse at the little girl shivering in the corner of the big leather seat, wrapped in Ezra's long coat.

After a few minutes, the atmosphere around the car turned warm and she sighed in relief and then looked at Ezra who was busy on his phone.

The last time she sat in the car shivering was the first time she met Ezra. Adaliah scooted closer to Ezra and leaned on his side making him smile and wrap an arm around her then said softly: "We will be home in a few minutes, okay?"

Adaliah nodded yawning softly, as she turning back to look out of the window again as the raindrops poured over the window. She is watching the water droplets racing down the glass which excites her but the thought of her mother never left her.

The car stopped in front of the mansion while Ezra hopped off the car with a beautiful smile decorating his face. Ezra walked towards her side and opened the door helping her to get off the car as Alex closed the car door behind them.

Adaliah smiled and waved him bye making his heart melt as they walked inside the house. Alex watched her with a soft gaze, he really wanted to adopt a girl, a little girl, his princess, he would love to be a girl dad.

Adaliah happily skipped inside the house with a cute smile, as Ezra follows behind her like a lost puppy as he remembered the first day he got her in the house and she followed behind him like a lost puppy but now it's the other way around.

Adaliah looked around the house, as she was happy to come back home. Their safe place, their little home.

Ezra found her cute as her eyes lit up at little things like the big Chandelier hanging from the ceiling looking so exciting in her eyes.

She is adorable in his eyes and he wants to keep his little chipmunk protected and safe in his arms away from the cruel world.

(Aww his nickname for her is so cute😚)

Adaliah stopped in the living room, while Ezra bumped into her, because he was too busy admiring the tiny beauty walking in front of them. Adaliah rolled her eyes saying: "distractions are bad, Mr Diaz"

Ezra smirked at her: "If distraction is you, I'm fine being a bad guy"

Adaliah blushed but hid it well with her face covering her face like curtains, as she looked down on the floor.

Ezra put his hands over his knees and bed down to her eye level then slowly put two of his fingers under her chin holding her head up so she looked directly at him.

Her brown eyes are reminding him of chocolates and he loves chocolates but he loves his little chipmunk, more than chocolates now.

He chuckled lightly at her pink face: "Adorable"
