Third-person pov:

Diaz brothers are sitting in the waiting room of the school with other parents. They don't use their power or money for tiny things like this, and more importantly, they are here for Adaliah so they can wait with other parents.

Their main motive behind waiting here when they were getting a private room with Ac and all, is that sitting here with other parents waiting for their kids some worried, some excited and scored, makes them feel like a normal family, where they are waiting for their baby sister to complete her exam.

Klaus knows that Adaliah is smart and she will pass the exam. While Vito doesn't even care, he knows how to handle things his way if things go wrong while Ezra is worried and biting his nails off because according to him, his chipmunk is innocent and doesn't understand the world.

Ezra asked with a frown trying to bite to skin off in worry as he already bit down his nails: "What if someone tries to scare her?"

Nyx grumbled from the other single chair he was sitting on with closed eyes and leaning back on the chair carefree: "Then she will chop him off and feed the dogs"

Ezra spoke with furrowed eyebrows: "She is just a sweet adorable kid Nyx. You always talk about her like she is a weapon or something"

Nyx tilted his head looking at him with a smirk: "Because she is Ez"

Vito chuckled lightly paying Nyx's shoulder: "You can't blame the poor man Nyx"

Nyx eyes moved to the hand on his shoulder and then Vito's face who chuckled awkwardly knowing how much Nyx avoided being in any physical touch. He doesn't have any problem but he is more of the talk-the-shit-you-want, does whatever the fuck you want but from far away, type of person.

Vito said: "I read a holy book of Hindu culture about a God Krishan"

Klaus gave him a look and Vito smiled saying: "my bad, It's Krishan Ji"

Klaus said nodding at his brothers: "Hindus respect their God and elders with Ji word"

Ezra asked looking at Vito: "And?"

Vito nodded saying: "As I was saying, Krishan Ji's mother Yashoda was so much lost in her motherhood that even if Krishna Ji did anything right in front of her, she would call him her baby and hide in her warm and protective arms"

Klaus smiled knowingly at what Vito was trying to say: "Vito is trying to say that Ezra is too lost in his love, and brotherhood for her to see her the way the world sees her. It doesn't matter what she does, for Ezra she will be his little chipmunk"

Ezra said shrugging: "You wouldn't understand. She isn't what you guys see in her because you only see what she shows you guys but I can see behind those cold and dark walls of her. There was still a small girl laughing and giggling waiting for the cold walls to fall and whe could be free"

Vincente spoke in his usual cold tone: "You are right but this girl wouldn't let that small girl out so easily"

Ezra sighed but his expression turned panicked when they heard a loud bell ring from the speakers in the room. Ezra jumped off the chair almost yelling making some of the parents look at him weirdly: "It's the bell for the exam to be over"
