Third-person pov:

All the Diaz turned towards Vincente whose smile vanished and his dark eyes were glaring at Vito for ruining his peaceful moment of watching his Little Dolphin playing in the water. Vito held his hands up in surrender because Adaliah was now staring at Vincente with wide eyes.

Klaus asked breaking the silence: "Did he?"

Ezra is busy staring at Vincente's face for any hint of having a smile even for just a few seconds. Adaliah grumbled because Vincente wasn't looking at her so she grabbed his hand and tugged it making him look down at her wrist which was held by his Dolphin. Her tiny hand couldn't even wrap around his wrist as his eyes followed the tiny hand to her face.

Adaliah blinked at him as their eyes met and Vincente's dark eyes softened slightly. Kallias smiled at his kids happy after all these years of suffering but he remembered Vincente's allergic reaction to physical touches. Kallias spoke in a rushed tone getting off the deck chair: "Vince you"

Vito said with a happy smile: "He is fine with My almost human-looking but Angel child"

Kallias nodded with a sigh of relief but then asked: "Your Angel what?"

Vito frowned and Kallias rolled his eyes: "Here we go again"

Vito walked out of the pool to Kallia's side and started explaining why he gave her this nickname. Adaliah ordered Vincente: "Smile"

Vincente shook his head saying: "I don't know"

Adaliah showed him a fake smile saying: "do like this"

Ezra chuckled while Vincente spoke shaking his head: "I'm not used to it"

Adaliah sighed and threw herself on him saying: "Swim me round"

Vincente looked at her confused not understanding what she meant by this but Ezra smiled at him: "She means just hold and swim around the pool"

Vincente had turned his gaze to Ezra then he looked down at her in his arms with her legs in the water. Adaliah splashed some water on Vincente laughing: "Yeah that's what I mean"

Vincente held her tightly and swam her around making her loud laughs and giggles warm their hearts. Vito jumped in the water and went under water then came to her. He came out suddenly from where Adaliah was learning swimming from Vincente making a loud gasp leave her lips as Vito held her legs tightly, holding her firm on his shoulder.

Adaliah giggled when she realized she is taller now and held onto Vito's hair making him groan in pain: "Fuck, don't pull my hair, Devil child"

Vincente raised his eyebrows at Vito while Ezra glared at him: "Don't call her a devil Vi"
