                              "Agreement"

Mrs. Hirawa was sitting comfortably on the couch in the veranda, sipping warm tea while facing the therapeutic pleasant in the eye garden, she has no idea that someone would visit to ruin her mood and will remind her of the big problem she and her family were facing.

"Excuse me, Madame. You have a visitor" An old maid woman respectfully said.

"Oh who is it? tell that guest to come here" Mrs. Hirawa simply said as she took a sip of her tea.

The maid whispered something to Mrs. Hirawa before she left to call the visitor, while Mrs. Hirawa's face became unpainted.

"Good afternoon, Mrs. Hirawa" He greeted her formally with unclear facial expression.

Mrs. Hiwara forced to smile "Good afternoon, please have a seat" She tried to sound formal as the tall young man sat in front of her.

"Thank you for visiting, may I ask the purpose of the sudden visit at this hour?" Mrs. Hirawa still asked even she has an idea of what his purpose is.

He smirked playfully "C'mon, I know you know the main reason why I came here, Mrs. Hirawa. Until now nothing is happening with your plans, your company has collapsed and you know that we are now owns 70% of the stocks, so basically you almost don't have the ability and right to handle the company, Hira.Suki Motor Corp. is in our hands" Mrs. Hirawa couldn't help but to gulp in bitterness at the words she just heard.

She let out a deep sigh "I know all of that, I'm still trying all the ways I know to pull the company up again at the top, you also know that I will do everything to get back all the shares that your company bought from shareholders by tricking them" Mrs. Hirawa bitterly said.

While the young businessman infront of her, just chuckled sarcastically.

"We didn't trick them, Mrs. Hirawa. They just didn't want to fall so they sold their shares to our company and the company bought the shares for double price, well not bad right? 'cause in return? it will benefits our company double or more, plus as the new handlers of the Hira.Suki, we'll bring it back to the top! Hira.Suki will rise and shine like star again" He said with a hint of bragg and tease.

Mrs. Hirawa couldn't force herself to act not affective anymore, she's losing it she feels like she'll explode in anger and other emotions.

"So tell me, Mrs. Hirawa. For you, is there really another way to save your company and how??? because if I were you, I would agree to what I am offering you, a good offer that could save your company and your family's reputation. You and Mr. Hirawa's investment is not just money but sweat and blood for the company, right? so take the chance or lose the company completely.."  He said complacently, he knows that just a little push and Mrs. Hirawa would accept his offer.

"What you want to happen is not that easy, I told you that she's no longer in this country. We don't know where in the world she's hiding and even if my people find her, I will have a hard time convincing her to come back here especially to agree what you want to happen" Mrs. Hirawa problematically said while massaging her temple.

"That's not my problem, you said you will do everything to get your company back, right? then my offer is the only solution for that! take my offer and find her at all costs, if finding her is that hard for you? then fine! I'll help you, it's up to me to convince her to come back here. I'll make sure she will come back here, I will return all the shares we have in exchange for your daughter, I'll file a legal agreement for that to ensure both of you that no fraud occurs" Young businessman confidently said.
