Chapter 37

Akari's POV

                         "Ensure her safety"

Until now, I still can't help but to worry about Solenn, no matter how many times she says that she's okay and everything will be okay, I can't help but worry.

After Solenn left earlier, I suddenly felt nervous, as if something bad was going to happen, my guts was telling me about it. At first I just ignored it thinking it was nothing or just normal, until more than an hour later she still hasn't returned, she hasn't replied my texts and hasn't answered my calls.

A few hours have passed but she still hasn't come back or even one there's no response, that's when I became anxious 'cause I was so worried.

Finally after some time, she herself was the first to call me which made me worry even more.

She told me everything that happened, I had nothing else to do in that moment but burst into tears.

She forbade me to go to the hospital because it was dangerous, I couldn't help but worry and I wanted to make sure she was okay. I took her clothes from her closet cabinet first and then immediately left the resort to visit her in the hospital.

I'm here next to Solenn while peeling an orange for her, I'm sitting on the patient bed because this naughty person made me sit here.

It's just the two of us here inside since Margot left earlier, she said she have something important to do.

"I'm done, open your mouth and stop using phone" I strictly command as she did what I said.

That's my baby.

"Here's more" I'm feeding her.

"Wait, can it be one by one? let me swallow this in my mouth first" She complained as my brows furrowed.

"How many times will you be told not to not speak when your mouth is full?" I scolded her.

"Fine~fine, I really don't understand, you were extra sweet to me and then all of a sudden you became grumpy" She said while pouting.

"Did I? but I'm not okay? I'm sorry, finish this first and then I'll give you warm hugs" I said sweetly as her face lit up while smiling ear to ear.

"Okay then~" She said excitedly as I fed her.

"Last two pieces, say ah~" I said playfully.

"Let me have my prize" She said excitedly while chewing.

"Just swallow that first, you're so cute haha" as I chuckled while caressing her head.

"Done, can I have my prize now?" She said with her pleading puppy eyes.

"Fine~fine" I hugged her.

"I've missed you a lot" She said softly.

"Me too, I was so worried and scared, how dare that bad person do this to you" I uttered with my teary eyes as she pats my back.

"Are you crying again? your eyes even still swollen, don't worry okay? I'm alright, everything will be alright hm? police officers will surely catch that bad person" She said reassuringly as she faced me.

"For now, let's not think about it hm? this is our special moment, we shouldn't be thinking about bad things like that" She said sweetly as she wiped my tears.

"Hmm I'll try, thank you for comforting me even tho I was the one who should comfort you" I said while pouting.

"That's okay, I'm alright so you have nothing to worry about hm? and no matter what happens we'll treasure our every precious moment together" She said sweetly as she kissed my forehead.
