Olivia and Leon watched as the woman walked through a door. "I hate her" Olivia mumbled.

Leon chuckled "You don't say? She's not very likeable"

Over the few hours, Leon got comfortable with Olivia. She was sarcastic and reckless. She was an interesting human. A beautiful one at that. Leon never expected to feel so strongly about someone he met a few hours ago but he does. And it was Olivia. She made him forget everything about his ex-girlfriend and he realised that any hint that she was somewhat interested in him was enough for him to dissolve. Leon was desperate for any look and touch from her and he felt protective of her even though he knew she was more than capable of taking care of herself. Admittedly, he wanted to show off a little. Her dark hair and piercings engaged him. She looked untouchable but on the inside, he knew all she wanted was affection as her blue eyes said different. Little did Leon know that Olivia felt exactly the same way. They were both terrified of being hurt, however, they didn't realise they had their person right in front of each other.

They walked through the same door the woman went through and inspected the area. There were a few zombies stuck behind bars and Leon felt the need to keep Olivia close so Leon placed his hand on her waist, not wanting her to get too close to the bars in case of any danger.

As they walked further, they heard a man's voice "Hello?" Olivia and I came close to the guy "I don't believe it. A real human"

"You been here long?" Leon questioned.

The guy nodded "Long enough. Are we the last ones alive?"

"No, no, there's a few of us" he answered.

"Oh... that's good news, I guess" The guy replied "Unless, of course, Irons sent you"

That name was familiar to Leon. "Irons...? You mean Chief Irons? Is he still around?"

"Who cares? Hopefully, he's somebody's dinner by now" The guy responded, insensitively.

"What do you mean by that?" he asked.

"He's the bastard that locked me in here" The guy answered.

"I'm sure he had a good reason" he replied.

"He did," The guy said, taking the last puff of his cigarette and chucking it on the ground, stomping on it "I was about to blow the whistle on his dirty ass. I'd have done the same thing too, I guess"

They all heard a shriek from a distance and Olivia wrapped her hand around Leon's bicep, feeling safe. Leon loved the fact that she found comfort in him and trusted him to protect her.

"Hey, I'll make you and pretty girl over there a deal" The man said and it made Leon's blood boil that he referred to her as 'pretty girl' although, she was one. "Unlock this cell and I'll give you this" he showed us the key card they needed "There's no other way outta that parking garage! Believe me!"

"Sorry... I can't do that. I have to talk to the chief first" Leon told him. There was another shriek and he moved Olivia so she was standing on the other side, furthest away from that passage.

"Look, we're both prisoners in this station," The guy said "So either we play nice and help each other out- shit, it's coming"

Leon's and Olivia's hearts dropped when he said that. They didn't know what he meant by "it's coming" but it sure as hell wasn't good. Leon then moved Olivia so she was standing behind him. "What- what's coming?" Leon asked.

"C'mon- c'mon, don't be an asshole... okay? You need this! Just get me the fuck outta here!"

The wall smashed behind him and a massive hand reached out of the wall, grabbing the man's skull and crushing it. Olivia and Leon stood there, stunned for a while until they heard heels clicking from beside them. Leon pointed the gun at the woman.
