(A/N: I want to explain that I don't like writing Tony, Thor, or Clint imagines because of relationships they have with other characters, but I will because of all the fans.)

Scene: You meet him at one of his parties.

You were excited. You and your best friend had somehow managed to snatch invitations to one of the famous Tony Stark's parties. They're said to be the number one go-to parties in New York City. Your best friend, Abby, dressed you up.

"You have to make sure you look good partying hard, getting drunk, and being flirtatious." She explained as she curled your hair. You laughed. "Abby, you know I don't do any of those. I simply want to be there to experience the sights, meet people, maybe get a soda down or something." Abby just scoffed at you. "You are so boring. I bet you won't last two hours in." You smirked. "Is it a real bet?" You asked. She snickered. "Sure. Thirty bucks says so." You shook her hand that wasn't holding the curling wand. "Deal."

*****

It wasn't working out very well. You had entered the party, wearing a dark blue dress with a white floral outer layer made of lace and some white pumps, along with a small dark blue clutch. Of course, Abby helped synchronize the outfit. In all, you felt pumped up, like you could do anything. Then, of course, you saw all the people there and the introvert side of you popped out. "Hey Abby, I'm thinking I'm just going to go back to the car-" She groaned as she pulled you back inside. "No, you aren't. Remember, thirty bucks is riding on you getting at least two hours in by the end of the night." You grunted as you picked through the clutch. "Here's the money, now can I go?" She laughed. "I did not work as hard as did to get these invitations, just to have one of them wasted." You huffed as she handed the money back to you.

"Now, go 'get a soda down'. You are totally bumming my mood." She pushed you over to the bar as a cute guy came and struck up a conversation with her. You groaned as you turned to the bartender. "A coke, please." He nodded and poured you one. Right then, you heard someone clear their throat behind you. You took a sip as you turned to see... Tony Stark. You spit out your drink.

All. over .him.

He laughed as you frantically grabbed some napkins and stared up at him in horror. "I am so sorry!" You apologized as he continued to chuckle and wiped himself off with the napkins you handed him. "Well, I've certainly never gotten that reaction before." You grinned nervously as he smiled at you. "My name's (Y/N) (Y/L/N) if you need to bill me for your suit or anything-" He chuckled again. "It's fine. Just wondering, why are you sitting alone? Surely a beautiful girl like you came with someone." You blushed at his compliment. "Well, I came with my friend Abby. She's probably off flirting with some guy." He smiled. "Well, you certainly know how to flirt." You both laughed.

Soon enough, you both began talking about his career and your life and his adventures with the Avengers, as well as the mini adventures you have with Abby. As it turned out, you and him both had a lot in common. Halfway through the night, and four cokes later, you were both laughing at a funny story he had told you. "So that's when I told Thor, 'Buddy, that's a microwave.'" After you both calmed down a bit, he smiled admiringly at you. "(Y/N), you are an amazing woman. I'm so glad we met. It would be even more amazing if..." You realized what he was implying when you noticed his hand sliding up your thigh.

This isn't happening.

"I'm sorry, I can't." You stood up to leave when his arm shot around your waist. "Wait, (Y/N)-" Next thing you knew, your full coke was now empty and the contents were now dripping down Tony's suit that was probably more expensive than your car and apartment put together. "I said no. Now, if you would excuse me..." You stomped away as people were staring at you. You went over to Abby and pulled her away from the guy she was flirting with.

"(Y/N)! What the heck are you doing? We-" You interrupted her. "We need to go." She didn't question you, as you spoke in an abrupt, angry tone. That's when you heard a voice shout after you. "(Y/N)! Wait! Please! I'm sorry. I'm such an idiot for doing that. Can we- can we please start over?" You turned back to Tony as Abby gasped. You thought about it and then sighed. "We will re-meet each other at the café down the street at ten tomorrow morning. How's that sound?" You asked. He grinned from ear to ear. "Amazing." You grinned shyly back. "I need to go, Abby just got a number, so I'm helping her out of an awkward situation." Tony chuckled as Abby stared incredulously between you and Tony.

And so you re-met Tony the next day, greeting him by spitting your coffee all. over. him. (It may or may not have been on purpose...)
