It was Tuesday morning, when Elwia was walking towards the Great Hall, this time by herself. She had slept in late, so Astoria and Pansy went to eat without her.
Thoughts of revenge and ideas of how to teach Malfoy a lesson were conquering Elwia's mind completely, making her lose all awareness of her surroundings and therefore causing her to bump into another student.
"Hey, watch where you're going." A girl's voice said, a familiar one at that.
Elwia turned around, and a pair of blue eyes were looking at her behind pink-framed glasses. It was the smartass who she had sat with in the boats and made friends with. The girl didn't have pigtails like last time; this time her blonde hair was in a simple braid.
"Poppy Adams, was it?" Elwia double-checked and smiled a little.
"Yes. Deep in thought, now are we? What are you thinking about?" She questioned Elwia curiously.
"Oh, well, nothing much. Just thinking about revenge and how to make someone hate their miserable life even more." Elwia shrugged.
"Is this person a boy?" Poppy asked, which Elwia nodded to.
"Well, it's easy. You're very pretty, so I would suggest that you lead him on, keep rejecting him, and make him frustrated about the fact that he can't get his hands on you. His ego can't handle it and he'll go crazy." Poppy said with such confidence that one would think that she had herself experienced this successfully.
Elwia looked at her a little shocked. How in the hell did an eleven year old have such ideas?
"A good idea but I don't think it'll work. He hates me." Elwia sighed and patted Poppy's shoulder.
"Sure he does." Poppy rolled her eyes.
"Trust me, he does." Elwia slightly laughed as they got to the entrance of the Great HalI.
"I still thank you for your advice, Poppy. You are smart for an eleven year old." Elwia laughed and walked up the Slytherin table.
Elwia saw that there was an empty spot next to Malfoy and she thought of Poppy's words. Surely there would be no harm in trying, right? Elwia sprayed a tiny amount of her cherry caramel perfume on her neck and hair before she sat next to Malfoy, quite close to him, much to her displeasure. It was strictly for the sake of the plan.
"Hey, what do we have as our first lesson?" Elwia asked with a smile, while flipping her hair over her shoulder, just enough for her hair to slightly brush past Malfoy's face.
"We have Defense Against Dark Arts." Theo answered and said, "You smell good; nice perfume."
"She reeks of perfume. I'm surprised none of us are having an asthma attack." Malfoy scoffed.
"Thanks, Theo." Elwia smirked, completely ignoring Malfoy's comment.
As Elwia drank her coffee, she could swear that she heard Malfoy sniffing his nose more than usual. Seems like smelling her perfume wasn't as horrid as he had said it to be.
"D.A.D.A. starts in five minutes. Should we go?" Elwia said and slowly started walking as the others started to follow her lead.
"If that means I'll be further away from you then sure." Malfoy raised his eyebrows and brushed past Elwia.
"You're so dramatic." Pansy laughed.
"Yeah, stop complaining already, bleach blondie." Elwia added with a laugh.
Elwia and the group sat at the very back of the classroom. Astoria, Blaise, and Pansy were in front of Elwia and Theo, with Malfoy and Adrian behind them. Malfoy was positioned behind Theo, which meant that he could perfectly see every single thing that Elwia would do.
