Chapter 27: Apologies

*** Hello Guys, I'm back! I know I have been gone for so long, I.E. the whole of summer, but I am back to continue writing this fic for you all. 

A lot has happened, I am a senior in high school now, I have a job, and I already have projects to do. 

Listen, I'm not going to hold you all too long... Just know that I am back to write up on this fic. I am not discontinuing it. I plan to finish this fic.

Thank you to all of those who read, I am glad you found interest in this fanfiction, and I am grateful.

But I ask for forgiveness if my writing seems less refined than usual. I have not written in a while, and, therefore, my writing may not be up to par with what it once was.

P.O.V. - Diana

As I walked back from the inn Nwoye stayed, I could only think of the bliss our relationship has reached. For years we have had such feelings towards each other and now we finally had a moment to express them in pure unadulterated passion and love. 

After that, I am definitely coming back for more, but we may have to figure out how we will sort out our time for lovemaking and non-intimate time together.

Bloody hell, I am already thinking about how we'll sort our sex life and we only did it once.

As I was lost in my thoughts, I arrived at Luna Nova sooner than I expected. I can't believe I daydreamed for that long. 

There were few girls outside. Makes sense, as today was an off day. Most of the girls took that as the time to go home, go to town, or study.  

I only saw a few girls, and they were talking about alchemy. It was not long before I arrived at my dorm room. I opened the door to see Ada perk up from her bed.

"Dee! You're back!" exclaimed Ada as she hopped down from the top bunk. 

I closed the door behind me and was hugged by Ada.

"So~ I noticed you were with Nwoye for a long time... What happened?"

I blush at her question.

"Leave her be, Ada," spoke Treva, who was lying on her bed, "She had sex with him. It is not surprising."

"Treva!" I exclaimed, "W-We did no such thing!"

"Don't play the virgin card, Diana," scoffed Treva, "We know you two love each other... Besides you look a little disheveled. And I know for one that ye care about your appearance."

I stammer and stutter over my words, unable to get a coherent sentence out.

"Dee," began Adaobi, "No need to feel ashamed of love... It's natural, isn't it?"

"Yes, but it is embarrassing to hear what I did with Nwoye, especially from your mouth.

 Such things are private, Ada. Besides, I was only supposed to ask him about how to reconcile with Atsuko... l still need to do that."

"Well, good news for you, Akko is awake now," Ada said with a smile.

"She is?" I said breathlessly, relieved that she was alright, "I am glad she is up now. When did this happen?"

"An hour or so ago? Something like that... And even better news." Ada teased, "Akko and Andrew are dating! So you can now be with Nwoye without worry!"
