The drive to the restaurant was quite if you leave the little talk we did.
Since we nearly sort of spend whole day together for business purposes, we have gotten a little comfortable around each other and that's a truth.

We reached the restaurant, and to be very honest it's a really good place.

We sat on a square table, with me and Sir sitting opposite each other, waiting for Arth and Geetanjali Ma'am.

Can't believe I'm actually having a meeting with my future in-law.
The last time I did, the woman almost uprooted my hair to confirm if they were real or not.

After a fifteen minute wait, both of them came in the restaurant.

"Papa!" Arth, as usual came running towards him which is always fun to watch.

"Hello Adhu auntie!" He said, giving me a smile.

"Hello Jr. Malhotra." I said, reciprocating the smile.

"Good evening Ma'am." I said, as Madam sat on her chair.

"Good evening Adhira." She wished me and then looked at her son, "You told me that we are here to meet your future wife, I didn't know personal assistant is supposed to be in such a meeting." She whispered to him, but I was able to hear it nonetheless.

"Mom, she is the one." Sir whispered back, in the same tone, that made me hear everything.

"Really?" She asked with surprise, this time looking at me.

"Yes." I said, shaking my head.

"Wow! This is such a great news." She said and suddenly stood up and hugged me.

"What happened? Why is dadi hugging Adhu auntie?" Arth asked, innocently.

Ma'am sat down back as she asked him, "You always wanted a mother, right?", to which he just nodded his head.

"Well, you see, your Adhu auntie and your dad are getting married." She said, looking at me with a smile.

"So?" He asked, confused.

"So, she'll be your dad's wife. She'll be your mother." She said and Arth's face suddenly brightened up.

"My mother?" He asked, looking at Sir.

"Yes champ, your mother." Sir said, smiling at his excitement.

"Yay! My mother..." Arth started cheering, which made all of us laugh at his super sute antics.

"So now you'll be my Adhu Ma?" He asked, and for a second I actually got all emotional.

"Yes, I'll be your Adhu Ma." I said, taking a deep breath in the end.

I didn't realise it until now that how different it feels to be called a mother. I mean, I'm way too young for it, but most of my classmates already have kids, so I guess,I'm not that young either.

"Yay!!" He said as he got down from his chair and hugged me.

I pulled him up and made him sit on my lap before asking, "You're happy?"

"So happy!" He said and he gave me a sweet little kiss on cheek which made all of us smile in adoration.

"So it's set, we're getting married." Sir said and I nodded in agreement.
